i've had a big problem with Verizon. I went into straighten out my bill which they did and got my military discount. I asked him what promotions were available to me. I was told an iPhone 13 I was brought over to the sample I was told the advanced features that were in the phone compared to my old pushbutton iPhone. Today I went on my Settings and my phone tells me it's a 12 why would I have a 12 I didn't even know they made a 12 I was told the 13 for $699. All I had to do was pay the tax well they gave me a 12 to get rid of them I guess and now they won't keep their agreement with me About the 13 iPhone. Do not go to the store you can go in with fact and they'll talk condescending to you. The manager is worth nothing. He was trained very well by Verizon. I've been with them over 25 years and very dissatisfied. They can take their service and shove it .

I normally love Verizon for good phones and phone plans but the other night I drove there to have them put my protector for my phone screen on for me. The lady said right away that she would do it but you had to purchase it from Verizon. They charge 25 dollars for a screen protector so I never get it there. I pay a lot per month for me and my husband and they can't help me out and put it on for me.I bought 2 of them for 10 bucks and they stay on longer than the 25 buck one.

The over all experience was okay, but the man who we worked with had a lot of difficulties doing what we were asking to be done. We tried to order two IPhone X's and one was ordered with the incorrect storage we asked for. We then noticed we were not getting a confirmation on the second smartphone and called the store, where nobody picked up the phone for 30 minutes. We eventually got the original order of the more expensive phone cancelled and we went online and ordered the one we wanted ourselves. it was a long and annoying process but we prefer Verizon over any other carrier.

That store has the slowest people working there the guy Jason must have taken the short bus to work he checked my phone told me everything would work fine I paid him he put the new Sim in and said sorry your phone won't work but I can sell you a new iPhone then told me I couldn't get my money back for the service I paid for and there was nothing he could do
