Specific mail shown on my app as " delivered" has not been ?When you try calling with specifics as to why it's not delivered you get a long automated message pressing 1,2,3,4,5 etc getting nowhere!!Poor way to serve the public.

I sent a Christmas card to someone and it was returned as not deliverable. The person received the picture of the card on informed delivery but was put in wrong mailbox.

I have used the Johnson City Post Office for many years. In response to a previous review, I have never seen Wendy be rude to anyone. I have witnessed her be patient with a variety of people that unfortunately did not extend her the same courtesy.

Wendy is very sarcastic and has a nasty attitude. It’s to early in the morning for her to be acting like that towards me and my wife. I’m a current postal worker that transferred from Maryland and whew the rudeness I’ve witnessed here in Johnson city alone ; makes my stomach hurt. Wendy you’re very miserable if you don’t like your job leave or better yet if you don’t like people that’s not of your skin color (yt) you don’t need to be working at Usps. !!!!!

Never know when my mail will be delivered. Today mail did not get delivered even though I had a package out for delivery. Why would it be marked as delivered when we never get mail that early in the morning.
