I don't do reviews but, I feel like have to for Shaul's appliances. I can't praise these guys enough. We've had to call them 3 times for repairs on 3 different appliances. Every single time they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did an awesome job. They even gave us advice on how to handle glitches with appliances that we hadn't called for. I recently called them for a burning plastic smell coming from my oven. It turned out to be a pot lid that was melting in the warmer drawer. I wasn't even charged a stupidity fee. Anyway, they're great!

Bought a used refrigerator several months ago when ours suddenly stopped working. Great price and the fridge works like new. What really stood out to me though was the customer service and kindness. I had spent hours that day searching for a solution I could afford until I called Shaul's. They could have taken advantage because I was honest about the fact that I was in a jam...but instead the lady I was talking to found something I could afford. Good people.

January 2023 our wall oven wouldn’t ignite so Olum’s was called and an appointment was made for a service technician to check out the problem ( $107. 99 for the service call ). Several weeks later the technician came and the problem was a gas igniter. He checked and none were available and could not be ordered. Several weeks went by and a new wall oven was ordered by Olum’s ( $1800.00 ). March 2023 I went back to Olum’s to firm up a delivery date. Sales person said he would contact their distributor and get back with me. Never happened. April 2023 Stopped back at the store again and was told the salesperson was off that day and would get back with me with an approximate delivery date. Never happened.May 2023 Cancelled my original wall oven order that was placed in January and the $400.00 down payment returned. Several days later I contacted Shaul’s Appliance and explained the situation. They came within a couple of days , diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part in 20 minutes. Best part of this was the cost. $189.00 parts / labor / service call. My thanks to Shaun and Sue at Shaul’s Appliance.

Great with service calls, but don't order an appliance that if they don't have it in the store -- you may never get it. They led me to expect delivery within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later after no communication, I called and was told there's a delay. When it was close to a month later, I had to initiate a call to find out there's no stock and no idea when it would be in. At least I didn't have to put money down.

If I could give Shauls Appliance 10 Gold stars, I would. Alas 5 is the most Google will allow me. The customerservice we received from this very busy store was outstanding! Our oven/microwave combination of 25+ years almost caused a fire leaving us no option but to disconnect the oven- thus leaving us with no oven, microwave or cooktop (as it was on the same breaker.) If you didn’t already know this, appliances are VERY hard to come by due to Covid backlogs. Our opening dimensions didn’t leave us with many options, but Shauls thankfully came to our rescue! They were able to obtain exactly what we needed and did a fantastic job of installing our new Frigidaire oven! A huge thank you to Justin, Pete and Sue for doing everything to help us out! I hope everyone reading this can tell that Shauls is the BEST place in town to get your new appliances!

This is the second time I've had them fix something of mine and again they were wonderful. The lady on the phone went above and beyond to find the part for my ancient dryer and the technician was friendly and prompt and did a great job. I also bought a stove there once and had no issues at all with it, plus the price was right. They don't try to rip you off on service either. I highly recommend them!

Bought a Maytag dishwasher on 9/1/20. I could have bought same product at Lowes or Home Depot with a 10% military discount, but chose Shaul's to support local business. Dishwasher started failing on 1/1/21, but Shaul's couldn't diagnose intermittent problem. Dishwasher finally quit for good on 6/1/22. Shaul's told me that control board was defective and this part was on back order and no promise date for the part was known. They told me that I could purchase a new dishwasher but they would not give me a trade in on a less than 2 year old product nor would they discount a new unit or the installation cost. So much for supporting a local business. I'll purchase a new washer at Home Depot and regret the fact that I did business with Shaul's. By the way, I contacted Maytag one week ago inquiring about the control board. After not responding to me, I contacted them 2 more times. Still have not heard from them. So much for Shaul's and Maytag.

Shaul's went out of their way to help me select and to deliver my new washer despite dealing with Covid short-staffing and a tight space to negotiate with at my house. Love my new washer. Thanks, all!
