In store visit was professional and pleasant. The sofa came on time, and the delivery people were excellent. I would be remise if I didn't say that removal of old furniture should be included for the cost of delivery

The staff at Raymour Flanigan were great! We had a complicated circumstance with a sofa purchase that could not be delivered/installed in our daughter's house due to a restricted door size and difficult hallway angles. RF took back the sofa and gave us a full refund including the delivery charge with no hesitation. We purchased two other sofas from them and are very happy with the product and the delivery service!

After I spoke with a different manager about my concerns, I was taken care of quickly without the hassle the first manager was proposing. I am grateful. While I don't remember his name, he handled the issues great and renewed my faith in this company. Thank you!

A great way to anger someone is to send a bill for thousands of dollars for looking at furniture. While this may be standard or automatic, it just lost you this sale and and possible future sales.
I don't mind trying to make a sale, but this stepped over the line.
