I have used this location multiple times and have been very satisfied. I forgot my lab order one time and the phlebotomist went out of her way to help me get a photo of it emailed, and was willing to squeeze me in again well after my appointment time.

Went in today for blood work, but had questions about the sign-in... immediately, I was met by some lady and her disgusting attitude. I left without being seen. I have to go back... hopefully tomorrow is her day off. Or better yet maybe today w as her last day on the job. I will say this... if she is the person drawing blood, she won't be taking mine!

I have given only a 1 star review years ago for a restaurant but I feel inclined to give Quest a 1 star as well. My wife and I received at least 3-4 emails and texts confirming our lab appointment even receiving one 30 mins prior to our assigned appointment. We arrived promptly and read a note on their front door saying they were closed for the day. I would much rather receive a text saying they were closed vs. make sure you arrive on time and if your late 15 mins your slot will be switched to "walk-in" status. Unprofessional and will never go back.

Horrible. My new employer required a drug test. I selected this office on my company's web site and went as a walk in at 1:35 PM on a week day. Guess what? The office closes at 1:30 (opens at 7 AM). What business closes at 1:30 in the afternoon? I called the number posted and which was for the main office - no help, just "that is their hours." It also turns out there is a narrow window for drug testing within those strange hours. I showed up the next day "on time" went into the lobby. No one to greet you or a window to see a human. Nope, you have to use a tablet to sign in. Was reminded by the tablet several times that 'appointments' are recommended and they will take priority over walk ins. OK, I get it, you don't like your customers and get most of your business through people who are coerced to go there. There was one person who worked there. She was as cold and unfriendly as could be. Zero personal interaction skills. But I think it is likely that she has been broken by working for such a soulless, customer hostile company.

This woman has zero patience. No wonder they have machines for the scheduling system and a kiosk to check in.

Just moved to the area, needed tuberculosis testing for my job. The website doesn't make clear that you DO need a doctor's visit/test order if you actually want the test covered by insurance. I drove 15 minutes to my appointment just to be told that I would need to go see my primary care physician to have the test ordered, make a new appointment, and then have to go back to my physician to get the paperwork saying I did the test. If I had an established primary care doc here, I wouldn't be going to a diagnostic center for this test. When I asked why nowhere while scheduling or checking in was I informed they required a test order, the woman working there told me I could schedule an appointment for whatever I wanted, but I needed an order or to buy the test myself for $150. Would have saved everybody some time if this company actually bothered to have a human being interact with people while scheduling so we both could have avoided the unnecessary appointment.

I had an 8 AM appointment that I showed up for. I waited outside of the clinic for someone to show up. I finally get an email at 8:06 AM saying the building will be closed for maintenance and that I need to reschedule my appointment. I fasted and missed time from work for this. They couldn't have notified me of the maintenance sooner? Even the day before would have been way more helpful. I could see if someone had shown up and found something wrong with the building and they had to close. That didn't happen. No one came to work that day. This is very unprofessional. I do not plan to reschedule at this clinic as I feel they cannot be trusted with healthcare matters since basic operating procedures seem to be problematic for them.

Don't even think about calling them. There is not a person at this site who will answer the phone. You'll get stuck through a loop of the LONGEST phone menu ever. Such an angering waste of time.

03/02/2023 I came in as a walk in right at open. Signed in. Was called up immediately. Wasn’t ready due to the morning ritual. She gave me a half hour and called me again. She was very accommodating and polite.

You need to change your hours online if you’re going to have people drive there and be closed.
