If you're prone to fainting during bloodwork, like I am, be aware as they have no where to have you lie down during the bloodwork. This is unacceptable to me, as this is extremely unsafe when Aetna insurance only allows you to go here or to a single random other provider in the area.
The people have always been pleasant when I've gone, they're no issue at all. But the safety set up of the facility is unacceptable since all they do is bloodwork and urine samples. Not hard to have a recliner or bed in a room.

I have had bloodwork done at this location 5 times in the past 3 months. It’s is very easy to make an appointment online and they usually have availability within 24-36 hours. The employees are always professional and efficient. No bruising ever and they are quick with results. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t need stat results

The sign on their doors say drug tests until 2:30 and when my girlfriend entered she was turned away to be told they stop at 1:30. Be careful coming here.

They seriously need to do something about that lady in the morning ! Her attitude is DISGUSTING and she's very nasty with you for absolutely no reason. I went in to get a drug screening as a walk-in and for whatever reason the system put me in as a 12:20pm appt , mind you I came in at 8:40am. I tried to ask the lady about it and she gave the most nastiest response when I tried to simply explain what happened, she then proceeded to slam the door in my face as I was asking what can I do about the mixup. Just ridiculous ! There should be absolutely NO reason why you can't keep a professional demeanor at work ! We all have stressful jobs, but I don't need to dealt with in a foul manner because YOU'RE stressed out , stay tf home ! It's enough people out here with the same background and a BETTER ATITUDE than to settle for her nonsense ! Way too old for that mess.

I have used this location multiple times and have been very satisfied. I forgot my lab order one time and the phlebotomist went out of her way to help me get a photo of it emailed, and was willing to squeeze me in again well after my appointment time.

Went in today for blood work, but had questions about the sign-in... immediately, I was met by some lady and her disgusting attitude. I left without being seen. I have to go back... hopefully tomorrow is her day off. Or better yet maybe today w as her last day on the job. I will say this... if she is the person drawing blood, she won't be taking mine!

I have given only a 1 star review years ago for a restaurant but I feel inclined to give Quest a 1 star as well. My wife and I received at least 3-4 emails and texts confirming our lab appointment even receiving one 30 mins prior to our assigned appointment. We arrived promptly and read a note on their front door saying they were closed for the day. I would much rather receive a text saying they were closed vs. make sure you arrive on time and if your late 15 mins your slot will be switched to "walk-in" status. Unprofessional and will never go back.

Horrible. My new employer required a drug test. I selected this office on my company's web site and went as a walk in at 1:35 PM on a week day. Guess what? The office closes at 1:30 (opens at 7 AM). What business closes at 1:30 in the afternoon? I called the number posted and which was for the main office - no help, just "that is their hours." It also turns out there is a narrow window for drug testing within those strange hours. I showed up the next day "on time" went into the lobby. No one to greet you or a window to see a human. Nope, you have to use a tablet to sign in. Was reminded by the tablet several times that 'appointments' are recommended and they will take priority over walk ins. OK, I get it, you don't like your customers and get most of your business through people who are coerced to go there. There was one person who worked there. She was as cold and unfriendly as could be. Zero personal interaction skills. But I think it is likely that she has been broken by working for such a soulless, customer hostile company.
