Product has damage to it. Back corners are bent in. The stove is scratched on the top. I have purchased a few big items from this store and never had damages that were not shown to me before purchase and had price adjusted.

Delivery of 2nd refrigerator (1st defective) a whole diff experience from the first. Nathan & Ron took their time to remove all the plastic covering perfectly, instructed on care of stainless, etc.First guys brought it in, left all the remnants of plastic around the edges/behind handles and took off. (Stuff is hard to detach from under the seams if you've never done yourself...)Needless to say, this review would have been diff if 2nd delivery never happened.

Love love love these people, Customer service over the phone was excellent, quick easy purchase of a washer. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Appreciate the great service and the ability to take the washer home the same day as we purchased it. Thank you !! Will be back !!

Bought favorite round chair from here. Hasn't let me down yet. It's so comfy can fall asleep in. And if done right you can sleep in it. All depends on sleeping preferences.

I purchased a chair and couch. They were very uncomfortable. So after 1 week I tried to exchange them. They said they could do nothing because it was over 3 days that they never told me that was there policy when I purchased them.They didn’t even try to offer any other solution. The manager was very unprofessional. Because I stood my ground I got kicked out of the store. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.They don’t even deserve 1 star…

We were here to pick up our bedroom furniture (that's where the main warehouse is located) & did a little browsing while we waited.Nice selection of items. Some are "floor models" and others may have 'scratch or dents". The quality items still are awesome. Saw a double oven that I immediately wanted to buy!
