“This review is for the Verizon store located at Oakdale Commons on Harry L Drive, Johnson City, NY. We have 4 cell phones on our Verizon plan. On multiple occasions when ever we had issues, we would call Verizon's 800 #. Every phone call has been met with extremely LONG calls and MISINFORMATION. Each time, we ended up needing to go into a Verizon store. Of all the locations in our area, we have found the best support at the Verizon store at the Oakdale Commons. The store manager, KAISY O., has been the most informative AND the most helpful multiple times. More recently, on 6/30/25, and after multiple lengthy phone calls with Hazel (Verizon 800), we called Kaisy. She was so helpful. We ended up needing to go into the store for a replacement, and between KAISY and DERRICK, we walked out with 2 new iPhones. Thank you both so very much!!!”

“My phone just stopped working. I brought it to Gone Mobile. They fixed it and gave the veterans discount when asked. I have been using the wrong charging cords for my phone and got the correct ones to use. I experienced great customer service and will come back here if ever needed. I recommend Gone Mobile if you need your phone fixed.”
