I had to get an adjustable base for my bed because of issues I was having with my neck and arm. Metro mattress Johnson City hooked me up thank you Monica. I just had the best night sleep in my life. If you get a chance, and if you’re looking for any type of bed or adjustable bases, I’m suggesting Metro mattress not just because Monica works there (very very knowledgeable staff Monica knows her stuff)but because they know what they’re talking about when they sell their products and they know what they’re talking about when they know what is the best product for you based on your needs and based on any issues that you may be experiencing with your body, Again it’s the best night sleep I ever had in my life made all the difference in the world for my mattress and for my health. First time waking up in a long time without being in pain. go see Metro Mattress. They could’ve sold me a bed adjustable base And everything in the store, But they knew what I needed And sold based on that

The women at the store were so incredibly sweet, very helpful and very good at their jobs. Talked us into getting a second mattress for my mom, which she enjoys as i enjoy my new mattress!! They helped us remain as close to the budget as possible. I love my new bed so much, I did not want to get out of it this morning!! The delivery men were also very nice and got the job done as quick as possible. Everyone was so nice and helpful and we appreciate them all!!

Extremely helpful and professional service at this location! We stopped in and needed a matress as soon as possible. The salesperson answered all of my questions and had exactly what I needed in stock! If you need a bed, these are the folks to see. Their knowlege of beds and customer needs really sets them apart from your average furniture store.

I struggled with how/if I should write this review...
I want to start by saying that the humans in this establishment are some of the nicest, friendliest, most down to earth people I have ever met. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting.
That being said, there were a number of issues, which prompted my 2/5 review.
1. We were told by the associate and sold on the idea of not having to put a cent down that day. Unfortunately, this turned out to not be the case as we had to put 10% down to secure the financing. This is almost a mortgage payment.
2. We were told we would be comped sheets for the inconvenience of the forgotten down payment debacle. This was retracted after a member of management called the store informing the associate that this would not be allowed.
3. I am not a fan of the bed; My husband is. Despite being told there was a "90 day comfort guarantee", I read the fine print and found we are ineligible as we purchased an adjustable base and they are NOT included.
So needless to say, I have to spend the next 5 years paying on a bed I'm less than satisfied with becuase I fell for empty sales tactics. I take responsibility for my ignorance and merely leave this review as a cautionary tale.
Go prepared, get everything in writing, take the time to read fine print, and ask lots of questions! Lesson learned (the hard way).

There are two other really nice women that work there as well. I am so glad I chose to go to Metro Mattress! It was extremely comfortable here and Monica made my overall experience really great!
