I’m Really and Truly grateful to Crew4 Mobile Storage for their dedicated work of moving my belongings out of a HUGE 3-floor duplex!! They did a Complete, Excellent, Careful, Speedy job of moving the entirety of our items! They even moved my Very Heavy Elliptical in the box down the Stairs and back up Stairs at the new place with ease!! (And I must add that this was the Second moving company who moved items for us, buuuuut That company’s movers didn’t feel like finishing the move and Walked off the Job after getting Pizza to refresh themselves. They had moved most (but not even All) of the furniture but Almost None of the Many Many boxes, so I was left without 75% of my belongings or opening boxes back at the old place to get clothing and cooking utensils!! And despite being a crew of Six movers, they could not/maybe Would not move the elliptical— unlike Crew4 Mobile Storage. The owner, Michael, was Always Extremely Understanding and Patient while I went through the process of finishing the packing so I could get a quote. I hadn’t organized a moving process, before, so I didn’t know to do that first: you can save all involved time and energy by packing First and making good notes about how many boxes, what type of furniture, and where they are located and into which room they are to to be moved into. I got myself into a major time crunch with the agreed-upon moving date with the landlord, so I was in a hurry. He was Never pushy, impatient, or rude in Any Way, and I’m So grateful to him for that. A family member recommended this company to me because he asked around at work and this was the company he kept hearing the best things about! He takes his family member’s needs seriously and Never recommends any place or professional unless he has asked a lot of people a lot of questions And done research, so this company Must be the best one around! Seriously, I’ve heard stories from friends about other moving companies and a number of them have had to nightmarish scenarios for their professionalism, fast—but Always with focus and attention to handling items and boxes safely—

Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly. They moved us out faster than I expected. They were very careful with our furniture. This is the second time I’ve used them and I’m always extremely happy with their services.

I used Crew4 after another moving company quoted me with a bunch of hidden fees. As soon as I booked with Crew4, Mike sent over an invoice with what pricing would be and they showed up on time. When they arrived, they surveyed my home and didn't waste time moving my boxes. They were efficient and helped pack the moving truck in a safe manner so nothing would shift. The rates are VERY fare and they care pros.

Straight up thieves! I'm handicapped and hired them to pack up and move my "Hoarder" apartment... They robbed me blind! Knives I bought on my first trip to Europe and another Victorinox I've had since 1980! Plus power tools that belonged to my grandfather and a new in box flat screen tv from my father!! Anything DeWalt I had, including a new in box radio charger plus my cordless impact wrenches (3) in a canvas bag with NEW in box sealed batteries and Snap-On impact sockets on a rail!! Plus another tote filled with my nail guns!! [I gained more totes mysteriously...]My other guess was that they put my stuff in their boxes to pad up my bill...There were 3 employees plus a 'Supervisor' (Mike) and another one who loaded his purple truck out front!! (They kept asking me if he was my friend... obviously trying to scam me on cellphone video) Another one of the crew had neck tattoos..Awful experience with them all around.i did call and they admitted going through my boxes and said I had some neat stuff!! {I'd really rather not have drug addicts in recovery know what I have and where they put it! Reluctantly, I paid my bill and raffled a $100 for a tip. (Someone elses call) Really frustrated.On their advertising photos, are pictures of my stuff on their trailer!! Just another slap in the face !!!They left at the same time as we did, but got lost after they "stopped for vaping supplies '; they had been there before, at the delivery address; the day earlier...They also marked my boxes with their sharpie markers.. probably to unload those things to their place... So much stuff missing... including many bright yellow Craftsman tool boxes, my army ammo cans were posted on advertising photos, on the same trailer as my DeWalt tool bag!

Our recent move from our townhouse to a new house a short distance away was efficiently handled by Mike and his team from Crew4 Moving Solutions. Their communication in organizing the move was impressive, and the physical move was completed in record time. Having used Crew4 in the past, I was confident that we would encounter no issues.The moving team was highly professional, courteous, and expedient in loading and unloading our furniture. Their attention to detail during the unloading process was particularly noteworthy.I highly recommend Crew4 Moving Solutions for anyone needing a reliable and efficient moving service.

First of all, Mike is not an easy person to get ahold of. They were supposed to arrive at 7:30 but came at 8:45. I had arranged for a 3 bedroom move. I didn't have a lot of furniture but i did have a lot of boxes and totes. They showed up with a Pod that was obviously too small. I ended up having to pay an extra $300. for an extra truck. I reminded them several times that the rugs needed to go but they didn't take them. They didn't take a desk saying they couldn't get it out of the room. They would not take it apart. They did not bring most of my lamps and other various items. They left a whole closet full of clothes. I was charged an extra 2 hours of labor because it was not completed in the time frame. The young men were moving stuff out but for a period of time had no place to put it while waiting for the other truck.The younger guys worked their butts off. They were very polite and respectful.The price I was originally quoted was $300 higher than the other estimates i had gotten. and then add another $300 for the extra truck and another $300 for extra time. I chose this company based their reputation. Boy, was I wrong.

Very efficient, strong and competent guys. All our furniture including a piano were handled with care. Crew4 made our move easy and we would not hesitate to use them again. Price was very reasonable also.

Fantastic experience with this company. Arrived on time, loaded, an hour drive and unloaded in less time than anticipated. Mike, Patrick and Alex were all great and super hard working. They were respectful and more than careful of all my belongings. I would recommend these men to anyone who wants a good team to move them.

It's my second time using Crew 4 Moving and as usual they were great to work with and showed up earlier than they were supposed to. I will definitely use them again. I'm terrible remembering names so I don't remember their names but both were respectful and hard workers

The movers showed up at exactly the time that we had agreed on! The three men were respectful both of me and our belongings. They wasted NO time in loading the truck, as fact ,much appreciated because the moving bill was calculated by the hour. We had a number of special requests that they did effortlessly and, I might add, cheerfully. Every piece of furniture in a three-bedroom house arrived without injury or incident and they stacked the storage carefully. I thought that the amount billed to me was reasonable. I would absolutely use this moving company again.

Crew members Brian and Alex: Very professional and friendly -prompt arrival. Efficiently moved the items requested. All items handled with care and secured in the truck. We were very appreciative of the work done and would not hesitate to use Crew4 again. Reasonable price.
