I transferred my Rx to 269 Harry L Drive after having it at Riverside Dr. because of their lack of good customer service... Not just to me but I witnessed it with other customers, including an elderly woman. While I was so disappointed, I believed this was not coming practice. When I switched to Harry L Dr , I was more than pleasantly surprised with David. Friendly, efficient, helpful, patient. 10 out of 5 stars!”

“Store #754. Let me say that JARED is WONDERFUL. I called from California to ask some questions about items that this CVS has so I could get DoorDash to deliver those items to my mother in law at the Susquehanna Nursing and Rehab facility. Jared was so helpful and just a delight to talk to. He knows customer service and how important it is and surely delivers it. I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves. I would also like CVS to have a immediate contact us page where we could deliver orchid letters. I tried to find some way to compliment him. The contact page has a physical address and a phone number. Instead I will call the manager of the store tomorrow to speak with her directly. This might be something that CVS Corporate would like to add to their website. Thanks again Jared and CVS for coming to our rescue.”

“Most of the staff is friendly. Hot foods definitely sit out longer than they should. Usually busy so floor is usually dirty. Displays take up a lot of the walk area to check out. Good selection of snacks and drinks though”
