I enjoy the store very much. Unfortunately I spend the majority of my time here waiting in the checkout line. It's horrible! It's deja vu every single time.. I'm saying the time waiting was so lengthy that the gentleman a few customers in front of myself was starting to voice his own frustrations... OUT LOUD!! I didn't blame him or necessarily the cashiers. Having only two available checkouts on a holiday weekend was not pleasant. Holiday or not...the checkout line is a complete nightmare.

Large selection of clothing for any time of the year, you can usually find coats and sweaters in the summer and warm weather clothing in the winter. nice staff also

Slightly disappointed but still happy with Burlington and I found some beautiful dresses inquired about the $5 I was supposed to get around Christmas time several coupons and I was told but unfortunately it was our mistake but we're not honoring that that pissed me off a bit but still love Burlington anyhow so when I venture there I try to make a plan to go a people , drama you never know who you're going to run into dressing rooms is only two and it's like a theft party I guess I don't know it felt very awkward I'm very happy with what I did get.Disappointed in that being obligated or getting my obligations of my coupons because I shot places to get coupons honestly I work hard for my money and I wanted to go as far as I can we don't have a lot of money so going to vessel is kind of annoying to me you might as well kill the day going to every store there I don't know I don't know how people do it but I live in Johnson City it's easy enough to jump on the 210 I don't want to be around a bunch of people like that to me and then not being honored the things that they owed me and even admitting that it was Burlington's mistake and being told they're not honoring it anyway got to put a bad taste in my mouth so I guess will be going back anytime soon only to return stuff I can't support a company they can't support your customers

It's not the same as it used to be at the previous location. It's more like TJ Maxx now. Some clothing and household goods. We bought some things there at bargain prices.

I mean Burlington is a once and a while type shop, depending on who you are and what chu you are looking for Burlington will have it. It's like sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. They got good comforters doe, keep ya bed looking like a hotel room, this new velvet blanket we got is real comfortable took off two days from work just because???

I miss Burlington in the Mall, so the new location in Vestal is ok, a bit smaller n less inventory, but all in all still have some great finds
