They take good care of the pets, sometimes the service is a little slow.

Here is the deal with BAC: it is a walk-in clinic, and that means it is first-come, first-serve. So, you can usually get your pet seen ASAP (and don't have to schedule weeks ahead), but you may have to wait. Sometimes my wait has been 20 minutes, sometimes it's been more like 90 minutes. Usually, I feel like the flexibility and ability to be seen same-day is worth a bit of waiting (if you don't like waiting in your car, go to a different vet). Setting aside the walk-in piece of it, I have had great service here and have no complaints.

Very pleased with the entire staff. Polite and will to assist you. The doctors and physicians were excellent while taking care of my animals. I can't ask for anything better. I will be returning, thank you.

Excellent care. My senior dog was not doing well and the staff at the Binghamton Animal Clinic went above and beyond to get us in quickly so that they could get him the care he needed. They were very caring when diagnosing him and even gave him a free pedicure. We went home with a prescription for pain and my senior dog is now able to spend his old man days relaxing and free of pain. Thank you to everyone at the Binghamton Animal Clinic.

Dr. Elmore was great with my dog. Very thorough and patient. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. My dog's ear infection was well diagnosed and treated quickly with great care. Appreciate the walk-in urgent care so she didn't have to deal with the pain until she could get an appointment with her regular vet.

Not bad, just only go for basics or if no other option.Used basic tactics, didn’t problem solve, fast to prescribe. I’ve been a vet. assistant and receptionist, I’ve been around strong, attentive care that strived to find solutions. This is not it. I had to request a skin scraping despite there being crust and lesions on the skin. The symptoms were across the body and in unusual places but only the most basic of what was presenting was cared for and no thought put into the rest of the symptom suite. I got charged 240$ for what has left me now seeking out more professional care. I wish I’d simply gone to my primary to start despite them being 1.5hrs away. Clients come to doctors because they don’t know what’s happening- they shouldn’t be the ones guiding the appt. Aside from discussing symptoms.Messaging with the technician I used to work with at my primary has brought more light to my cats health problem than my 240$ appointment with BAC did.Similar experience last year- my other cat was sick. They didn’t understand the symptoms so they just put her on antibiotics. Turned out she actually had a very serious condition, been at deaths door and had I not followed my gut and sought out a second opinion she would be gone now. She did however, need extended monitoring of her bloodwork which I did have done at BAC once for convenience at which time BAC did not charge me an appt. Fee, which I am grateful for. They did care about my cats condition once it was diagnosed and asked about her. Kind gestures liked this have previously left me feeling so lost on how to feel about BAC.In the end, I just don’t think they’re very good vets…. And being kind doesn’t make up for that.Good in a pinch if a pet needs meds fast, simple conditions or basic upkeep. Would not advise this clinic if you want someplace you can depend on to help your pet when they are genuinely unwell. When I think of their care I think of over simplification, get ‘em in and get ‘em out, high expense and missed care.

Our fur baby was seen without an appointment! It was worth the wait! The Vet and the staff were very nice. They were great under the pressure of the amount of pets they had to see. Mya(Mia), waited for to be seen like a BOSS!

The vet, vet tech, and receptionist were all amazing. They sent us a sympathy card and packaged up our pet’s ashes in the most beautiful way. We even got a paw print keepsake. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and staff here during one of the most difficult times. Keep up the incredible work and thank you!

My dog had a minor emergency and the staff and Doctor were compassionate and caring. Even though it was almost closing time they told me to bring her in and they would help! They did and she is much better! I can't thank you all enough!!! Excellent place to bring your furbabies!

We really like Bing Animal Clinic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The first-come, first-served method can make it tough to get in sometimes, but we always know that they'll do their best to help.Dr. McDonald seems knowledgeable and certainly cares about our dog. Appointments don't feel rushed. We ended up dropping our other vet (who was impossible to schedule and kind of snooty about it) in favor of Bing Animal Clinic.
