I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! If I could offer 0 stars I would. The employees were not helpful; rather, they were a nuisance. The one with the bad eye makeup can’t understand signage, and the one with the bad spray tan talks rudely about customers in their presence. If you need any supplies I would say go to vestal for a better employee experience. BOYCOTT JC Bath and Body Works!! ??

There are a LOT of employees in-store, not a complaint, just an observation. So you have no shortage of access for assistance and questions. But it allowed one to help me, and I don't think that B&BW is geared to be like this, but kind of felt like I had my own personal assistant. They were all very kind and pleasant.Personally, I don't buy anything full price. But that is my practice just about anywhere. Luckily B&BW runs specials all the time and sends lots of coupons.

Friday hours are incorrect, they do not open until 10. On Candle Day all the scents worth getting were already sold out 45 minutes into the sale.

Sales weren’t displayed or mentioned by workers I had to check out twice because I didn’t know it was on sale until I asked why the price was low at check out. It was a really good deal on room sprays at 2.95 but if I knew that at first I wouldn’t have had to check out twice, which isn’t the biggest deal ever.

They stop selling a massage oil that I loved! I've never found anything comparable. I no longer shop there. The store employees were less than helpful & a bit rude as if they weren't interested in assisting in any way.
