VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPIERIENCE. MY TRUCK WAS TOTALED A WEEK AGO AND I WENT BACK TO SAME DEALER TO REPLACE WITH SAME NEW JEEP. CJ GOT ME IN AND OUT WITH A NEW TRUCK WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF ME TELLING HIM WHAT HAPPENED. VERY HAPPY

I called to make a service appointment for my Wagoneer and was told that I’m not actually getting a service appointment. I’m getting an appointment to meet with the service advisor and then I would need to leave my car there for 4 to 5 business days before they would even look at it. When I asked, why would I need to leave my car there? If you’re not ready to look at it they said because we are really busy and when there’s an open lift if your car is not here, we won’t even look at it. I didn’t buy my Wagoneer at the Westbury Jeep. So I guess this is how they treat service customers that didn’t buy their vehicle from the dealer. This is total nonsense. This is supposed to be a Wagoneer certified dealership. I will never do business with this dealership.

Wanted to say thank you for the excellent car buying experience. The sales management team was superb and very fair on price. They were very respectful and helpful with our trade in. For being out of state, this was the most seamless transaction. Car was ready and paperwork ready to sign when walking in! A smooth process from the minute I walked through the door to the minute I drove off the lot. Ubaid is a top tier sales associate. He made himself available 24/7 and kept me constantly updated throughout the entire process. Any hiccups that came up he was sure to take care of it immediately, keeping everything on track. Westbury Jeep and specifically Raafio Rajpar were wonderful in assisting my wife and I in handling the end of our lease and buyout of our Jeep. He continually kept me updated with my buyout options and made the entire process painless and practically effortless. We love Jeeps but can't imagine every dealership is the same as far as customer service. We would wholly recommend Westbury Jeep and do yourself a favor and ask for Raafio.

I just purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee today from Westbury Jeep for my son. My experience at Westbury Jeep was absolutely outstanding. As soon as my son and I entered the dealership, we were truly treated like family.
