I had a good experience with the staff especially Paul. Unfortunately my car has too much negative equity to make a deal but I plan on going back in about a year to get my Mustang

It appears this dealer runs a myriad of online only based parts stores, they purposefully mislabel or misrepresent items, refuse to inspect items and thusly send out damaged or even just incorrect parts. I bought a set of brand new wheels for my truck and a tow mirror kit from their subsidiary, allmoparparts(dot)com. Every wheel they sent was blemished and one had a chunk missing. The mirrors were misrepresented on the website, the site claims they are heated and powered, what I got was not heated and only power adjustable, not power folding. They have no phone based support system, you can only live chat on the website or send an email. I did both and expressed how my truck was now stuck on a lift until I can get a good replacement. The replacement came after about a week and a half, and after assuring me I would get an email with tracking, they failed to do so and I subsequently missed the initial delivery date, after I get the wheel and inspect it I find blemishes but like the first three they were all on the back side and not too major. I decided that the original damaged wheel would suffice as compensation for 4 blemished wheels, as a way to discount the 4. They refused and offered a full refund and return for the entire order, which I accepted but am now being told is off the table, after I returned the initial bad wheel.

Really BAD service!!!! I wish I could return the car! Never use this group. They will waste your time and drain your energy. I was told I have a VIP service package, I had to wait 1 month to get a service after safety recall. Took more than 30 phone calls to get the car back. Never mind the time that I spent!!!

Great buying experience. We worked with Ira F... He found us the Durango we were looking for. No strings or tricks that we went through with other dealers in the area.

Three years ago, I leased for the first time. After much research and reading of reviews, I decided on Levittown Ford and a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium AWD, mostly due to the personal involvement of then General Manager, Eric Rivera. My lease came up for renewal this December and I found out that Eric had moved to Garden City Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge Ram. No matter, they are both part of the VIP Auto Group with the same credo: "We Will Satisfy You!" It's not just a slogan, it is a commitment. We looked at the Jeep but decided on the 2019 model of the Ford Edge - we loved our 2015 and we were comfortable with the 2019. Eric put us in touch with great people at his former Levittown dealership and we had a wonderful experience leasing our new 2019. You can see our google review under Levittown Ford. Thanks Eric!

This is the second car I leased from them and they arw amazing. Excellent service and the best price anyone could give. I dealt with Cheryl and she is awesome. Definitely don't hesitate to use them for your lease.. Unless you want to pay more.. The car was at my house the second day, both times.. Highly recommend..

LEVITTOWN, FORD This letter serves to express my sincere appreciation for the superb service provided by your staff members, Thomas Feeney, Michael Gross, and Vincent Felice. Congratulations on having a team that completely goes against the stereotype of “car salesmanâ€; selling beyond just product knowledge with compassion and without any pressure. They know that Ford sells itself and were simply there to make the experience hassle-free, enjoyable, and truly memorable. My experience with your team was nothing less than exceptional. It is clear from your team's energy that they love what they do, and that they take great pride in their work…a winning combination for any sales team. Seamlessly working together, they went above and beyond to make sure that I loved my car and to work out monthly payments that I would be comfortable with…an ideal situation with it comes to new car leasing/buying, and it's all thanks to your truly amazing team! Such great commitment to customer service should never go unnoticed and should be commended highly. Your team members are absolutely in a league of their own. With all sincerity I have told my family, friends, and colleagues of my experience with your team. From this one experience with them, I am forever a VIP Auto Group customer and ambassador.

I went in for an interview on Tuesday, March 6th with Erin Leone, The Director of Human Resources, at the Levittown Ford Dealership for a position at the Grand Prix Subaru dealership in Hicksville. She told me that due to my inability to maintain a position for more than 2 years (the longest position I held), that my ability to procure a position at the Subaru dealership would be negatively affected. She also stated that my familial responsibilities to occasionally assist in the care of my father who is a double amputee, a diabetic, and has alzheimers, that those would negatively affect my ability to procure a position. She stated that me needing to possibly needing to leave work early for a family emergency would not take precedent over the job I was doing. And that if I ever needed to leave work early for a family emergency that I would not be allowed to do so. I feel that telling a potential future employee that they will have their hiring process negatively affected because of work history and familial responsibilities. And that family emergencys do not take precedent over work is ridiculous. I feel that this is unfair, unjust, and borders on discrimination. I am not asking for special treatment and I am definitely not asking to be handed a job. Instead I am asking to be treated fairly and justly when it comes to the hiring process. And that I am not told that because of my work history or familial responsibilities, that in so many words, I will not be able to procure the position I applied for. It honestly felt like I was being told I had no chance of getting the job. And for the Director of Human Resources to tell me this. It makes me feel that whomever put her in this position shares her views. And that I would never want to work for a company like that and would definitely recommend that no one gives their business to said company based on their views towards their employees and potential employees.
