This UPS store is clean and well organized.The staff here are very nice and helpful. Returning is always easy and efficient even though sometimes the line is a bit long. I like the location which is near whole food.

Printing Team Customer Service Employee David is a really talented worker. He has a keen eye to detail and outstanding customer service skills. This employee went above and beyond to help me fulfill my printing needs for my business. David called me with necessary edits needed before presuming my big printing job. He sent me video samples of how the print looks, and continuously updated me on the process. Thank you again David, I am so glad you were assigned to my project!

I'm giving my daughter a baby shower in September. I purchased an invitation and poster from Etsy & needed to have them professionally printed. I decided to use the Jericho UPS store to print them. I called before I went in & spoke to a designer named Ryan. He was very informative & explained the process and pricing.The next day I went to the store, emailed Ryan the link & we set up the order. That afternoon I received an email from Ryan that the invitations and the poster were ready for pickup. What fast service.The invitations and the poster are perfect! I highly recommend the Jericho UPS store for your printing needs!

The staff is wonderful, polite, friendly and professiona at this location. They give every job great care and attention...whether it's shipping packages, making copies, or designing business cards and promotional materials. Cornelle heads up the graphic design department. He designed beautiful business cards for me.

Worked with Cornelle to have some labels printed for baby shower favors. He advised me of my options and adjusted the size of my labels to ensure that I had the correct sizes printed. I would definitely use them again.

This store is awesome. Every time I go there the people know me after me having gone there once. They check me out quickly with my Amazon return, Very friendly and it's almost like a family experience when I go there. If I so happen to go with my puppies... Forget about it... They go nuts and we all have a good time unless there's a customer waiting and then they divert their attention on the customer and get them taken care of and then say hello to my puppies. I love this place I would not go to any other UPS store unless I was out of town.

I just wanted to write a review to say how amazing the staff is at this store! No matter how busy or overwhelmed the employees may seem, they are always so friendly & helpful. I come to this store frequently even though it’s not the closest UPS store to where I live solely because I know the service will always be amazing. Shout out to Vanessa who helped me today … you couldn’t be nicer or more professional! Thanks UPS Jericho!

4.5 stars - knocking off .5 for a less than positive experience today.I have depended on this specific UPS Store for more than 5 years to handle packing and shipping for musical instruments -- sometimes very expensive and or rare musical instruments. Dozens of positive experiences and interactions with the store and its staff. Although the current store manager is less customer-engaging than her predecessors, so long as the store holds up the business end I don't have a problem with that.For improvement:I called today to inquire about iship.com notifications I didn't receive for 3 of the 4 items I shipped today ($450.00 total bill). The staffer on the call said these emails are sent by iship.com in automated response to notices from the UPS Store, and told me to use the UPS tracking number. He laughed as he agreed with me that the packages would probably be delivered before UPS updated its records - acknowledging that his suggestion was actually useless. He thought this was funny.I've dealt with this staffer in person, and he's always been excellent. It's evidence of incomplete training that he would be so terrible at customer service when not directly facing them.While the obvious thing to check was that the UPS Store had actually updated iship.com, the staffer's tone of voice made it clear that he wasn't going to do anything else to help. "Use the UPS tracking number." I explained that I used the iship.com notices to verify shipment to the recipients because the UPS tracking numbers were very slow to update. Didn't matter - he simply repeated "use the UPS tracking number."Hopefully it's just a one-off bad day. Overall experience has still been superb.
