Wen there today to ship a package to an address I regularly sent ups shipments. Today the blonde lady with glasses needed to know the exact items in my shipment. Toys or baby gifts was not acceptable. I.must be able to provide her with exact items for shipment. We'll I went to another UPS store with a.less aggressive demanding lady who happily accepted my shipments without the 3r degree I will never stop at the Jericho UPS location again. They don't know how to treat good customers there. NHP UPS has the best customer service. Jericho customer service sucks
