Returned some stuff and asked the worker if I would get my points back because I spent my points on the items and got them for a good deal and she told me I would but I didn’t get them back. I even chatted with live customer support and they said points are final and never given back. I think the coworker should be aware of this or ask a different coworker if she is not sure

Amazing service came in to search for a purse sized perfume, was helped by an amazing young lady named britney she helped me for 15min to find the perfect perfume for me decided on ombré leather by tom ford also showed me this awesome lip stick color that she was wearing and now i'm going to be wearing it all the time ! she was such a great help and so sweet ! will 100% be going back to this specific sephora if i need anything else.
