AWFUL DEALERSHIP THAT TREATS LONGTIME CUSTOMERS WITH NO RESPECT. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT WROTE DEROGATORY TERM ON VEHICLE
Have been a customer of Bespoke Motor Group for 8 years. Having purchased 3 cars from them in that time and using their service department regularly, I thought I was a good customer that deserved to be treated with respect. Unfortunately I have been treated exactly the opposite.
In October of last year, I decided to order my 4th vehicle with this dealership from Michael, who I have worked with in the past. I was asked for a large deposit and asked to sign an agreement which stated that the deposit is non refundable after the vehicle is locked into production. This was all done and everything was fine until late June 2024. I reached out to Michael for an updated timeline, and was told the vehicle was not yet in production and wouldn't be arriving until late 2024/early 2025. Because of this wait time and the fact that I was told the vehicle was not yet in production, I reached out to Michael on June 25th and asked him to cancel my order and refund my deposit. He offered to sell me a similar vehicle that was coming in as inventory in the next few weeks instead, and I said I might be interested, but I will need values on my trades. Unfortunately the values he provided on my trades were insanely low, so I told him that I will be going to another dealership and please refund my deposit.
After not hearing back for a few days, I continued to reach out. Michael finally returned my call and told me that since they submitted the order to Lamborghini, they could not refund my deposit. Even though the agreement I signed mentioned nothing about the order being submitted, only about when it is locked into production. I told him this is unacceptable because in my previous communications with him, when he offered me one of their incoming vehicles, he never mentioned anything about this and that they wouldn't give my deposit back. It was only after I told him I was going to purchase the vehicle elsewhere.
I decided to contact the GM/President of the dealership, Giacomo (Jack) to discuss this further. He did not return my initial calls or emails, so I went into the dealership last week to speak with him in person. I met with him and explained the situation, and he suddenly claimed that the vehicle actually was in production. But he couldn't provide me with any proof of this.
Jack said he would discuss the situation with the owner of the dealership and get back to me by the next day. After not hearing back from him in 2 days, I called the dealership many times over the last 4 days asking to speak with him for an update. I never got through to Jack, because I was told he was either "in a meeting," "with a customer," "on a call," or "not in at the moment." I knew he was dodging my calls.
Today I drove to the dealership to meet with him in person again, since he wouldn't return my calls. Unfortunately he didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to me. He just told the receptionist to let me know that he was with a customer and would call me back when he has an answer. Even though he has never returned any of my phone calls or emails.
I gave Bespoke ample chances to make things right, or at least discuss this situation with me to come to a resolution that would benefit both parties. Unfortunately I was not even given an ounce of respect that a longtime customer would expect.
I also want to bring up an extremely disappointing and unprofessional situation with their service department, when I got another one of my vehicles serviced here last month. I got the vehicle back and noticed a derogatory term written in some sort of chalk on one of the interior panels. This was not there before the vehicle went in for this most recent service, as I would have noticed it in the 2 years I had the car.
I am not going

I inquired about ordering a car. The sales guy blew me off than when I got in touch with him and was still interested he gave me a ridiculous markup over sticker (6 figure markup). They are all full of themselves.

Lamborghini Long Island are CROOKS. I placed an order for a Huracan Tecnica in July of 2022. Once these thieves got my deposit, they would not keep me updated, dodge every question, and only assure that it's coming one day. From July 2022 to now, I was offered SEVEN different Tecnicas of people who placed their order and bailed. However, in January of this year, my salesperson (who no longer works there) asked for my final configuration so they can submit it to the factory. May comes (which is when the car is expected) and radio silence. I call the dealer, never gets back to me. I drive 1.5 hours to the dealer where I'm told "they have to call the factory to find my order" I also asked if I could test drive a used Huracan they had on the lot, and the new salesperson scoffs at me saying "We don't test drive lambos here." I have an order in for a 320k car and I can't take a used one down the block? Are you stupid? It seems like the dealer placed my order and sold my build to someone else as I texted my sales guy when this all happened, and he assured me that he placed the order. The owner, Giacomo (who hides as the "manager") is a fraud and was arrested by the feds some time ago. They should've kept him in. Thanks to him, I can't order the car I wanted anywhere else since it's end of prod. He took my dream car away. At least they returned my deposit but, with not a penny of interest. I guess he used that to finance his renovation. With the way this guy does business, it'll all come crashing down eventually.

If you’re coming to take a look at the cars you’ll have better luck at ferrari long island or long island sports cars ? girl up front with a huge attitude wouldn’t allow anyone to view the cars without an appointment. Very disappointing and judgmental place. Recommend going to ferrari of long island they are much nicer and welcoming to anyone that steps in their dealership ?

THEY SOLD THE CAR FROM UNDERNEATH ME. Sighned agreement and sold it anyways. NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH THEM. Call Sarasota Lamborghini they’re way better and their pricing is way better. The salesman don’t know what they’re doing. They’re very misinformed. The management is really bad. They didn’t even bother to call us back and even apologize. Hands-down, the worst Lamborghini I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve bought and sold more than 100..

Not very friendly towards general public. My son has a photography advertisement project and wanted to do it on Lamborghinis. He was told no photography allowed, so he did go put up the camera. However, when he came back and asked if he could just go look at the cars, lady at the front desk apologized for not asking first, did we have an appointment. Well, of course not, he was just hoping to get some pictures. No appointment, no entry, no looking at the cars, except through a window.
I get it, these are expensive cars, but really, can't even go look? His favorite car is a Lamborghini Huracan followed by the Aventador... can you imagine the joy of just being able to see these cars up close? Most people can only dream of owning a car such as these, much less seeing them up close. It was a huge disappointment.

"Where do I even begin? James from Lamborghini Long Island is not just a salesman; he's a magician of dreams and desires. From the moment I walked into the showroom, he exuded professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine passion for Lamborghinis. He guided me through every step of the purchasing process with unparalleled expertise, making sure I understood every detail about my beautiful Huracan Spyder. James didn't just sell me a car; he sold me an experience—a thrilling journey into the world of luxury and performance. If you're in the market for a Lamborghini, James is the man to see. Thank you, James, for making my dreams a reality!" - Manmit

Terrible and questionable service. I am selling my URUS to another dealer. That dealer requested for me to bring my car into to them for an odometer check. Mind you, the car has 2K miles on and is a 2019 and now almost 2024. Car has NOT been driven. I drop off the car in pristine condition. I come to grab my things bc the dealer the car is being purchased by is sending pick up. My front passenger tire fender is missing. NOT how the car was dropped off at all. They are now requesting 1150 to be paid to replace it. The car has never even seen a highway before until I went to drop it off. The fender area where the piece is missing was clean as a whistle, no way that comes off nearly a 300K car just like that, it had to be removed physically. My fault that I didn't take pics of the car when I dropped it off. I had somone following me to pick me up after dropping the car off and nothing came off the car as I was driving. Also if something had, it would have scratched the car. I have already opened an investigation with Lamborghini corporate and am requesting video footage of when I dropped the car off. I have always heard rumblings that this place has shadier practices, but now I'm the victim. They either want to recoup costs of the odometer check for the other company or just want to make an extra grand. For an almost 300K car to have a tire fender come off, none the less an SUV is ridiculous. Oh and their answer is it's a defect, well that defect wasn't on my car when I took it in. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE!
