Arrived extra early on Sunday first in line beginning of month for a nys inspection that i said id like to wait for and it took about an hour and half. Friendly courteous staff, prices were not cheap but service was good and as like most places try to sell you on the tires and other services.

Avoid at all costs!! Not sure what’s going on here. We usually come to this location with zero issues and everything runs smoothly. Apparently, one of my tires isn’t wearing properly so I came here for a replacement. Called multiple times to confirm that they ordered the tire. I’m here and no one knows anything. Kevin is rude and instead of speaking to us to let us know what’s going on, says something snarky as he passes us and closes the door to the office, obviously not wanting to help in anyway. How hard could it be to figure out whether the tire has been ordered? If Kevin is here to manage, well then he should feel comfortable enough to find a solution. Appalled by the attitude as we sit here patiently waiting on the other service tech .

Definitely not a good business to go to. I will definitely stay away. Don’t know what they doing act like they have an attitude every time you ask them a question customer service is not good. Definitely need to hire new people who know what they doing

Called Goodyear in Jericho NY today at 5:30 told them I had an emergency. I had a flat tire and very close to their station. Serviceman told me all mechanics were going home and couldn't help. But it was 5:30 and they close at 7:30. I called the Hicksville station and they were very helpful.

I came here with appointment for new tires, change of oil and nys inspection. Car was taken in at scheduled slot. The staff was very attentive and informative and recommendations were simply helpful.
I've been coming to this store for a while, having give up from my local (Glen Cove) tire dealers that only see you with dollar sign in their eyes trying to push you useless and expensive "services". Keep up the good job.

Horrible service! I brought in my friends because they had a flat and needed 2 new fires. I should have taken them to All Weather Tires in Huntington Station, but believed Phil when he said it would take an hour to mount & balance the new tires and I didn’t think it was worth the extra drive time. Big mistake because they were still waiting for their car 3+ hours later.
I called and asked about the delay and was told that they couldn’t get the spare tire back into the Toyota under-car mount. Incompetent, but what really infuriated me was that they left my friends waiting for hours and didn’t have the common decency to update them! Once they were made aware of the problem, they remounted the spare themselves and were on their way in a few minutes.
Totally incompetent and unprofessional. I will never recommend or use this Goodyear store again!

First of all, please note that the hours or operation is updated on Yelp or online. I asked Olsen about it and he told me that the corporate has to change it online. They don't have any control over it. Please look at the photo I've uploaded with this review! Anyways, I came here to get my tire fixed and also for a safety inspection. My interaction with the Olsen has been pleasant both times and I haven't had any issues. They were able to save my tire and I saved a couple hundreds of dollars! I'm glad I don't have to make an appointment with the dealership anymore and wait over a month! They have seats inside so you can wait there. I suggest bringing something to keep you entertained because you don't know how long you've been there. They didn't keep me there very long, fortunately! The restroom is very clean as well. If you feel like you're hungry, you can either go next door to Arby's or go into the plaza for some asian food and there's even a dunkin donuts!

I love their waiting area & friendly staff. Came for an oil change. I highly recommend coming here if you want quality service that you can trust at a great price. Will be returning for all my oil changes moving forward.

Disappointed and frustrating experience here today. Ordered and prepaid for four new tires online through the Goodyear site. Arrived at my appointment today and gave the guy on the counter my order number; he replied that there was no order in the system and then spent the next 10 mins telling me that ‘I should have come into the store and ordered the tires directly from them as the online ordering system here doesn’t work.’ (Apparently the online system doesn’t relay the order to the store.) I finally got my tires installed on my car after being asked again to repeat the order number to the service manager with a copy of my online credit card payment. I’m surprised how disorganized the process was. Unpleasant experience for what should have been a routine replacement of tires w/o hassle. To Goodyear’s credit their customer service dept was very good when I called. Thank you.

I have been going to this Goodyear for quite some time. I have to commend Olsen for his customer service with my situation. I’ve done business with him many times and he is very professional, honest, & trustworthy. He is a valuable asset to this company. You don’t see many people going above and beyond anymore, & he is one of the few who will. Thank you Olsen!
