“Beverly Benjamin is truly an asset to your company. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and caring. She and her coworker truly know their clients. A gentleman apparently left his cellphones (yes, 2!) at Citibank, and they knew enough to know who to call to help inform him of his lost possessions. In this day and age, it's so nice to walk in and smell that the place is thoroughly disinfected and to interact with such pleasant people!”
“On September 18 2023 I stopped at this bank and spoke the teller, I believe her name was Melanie to ask a question about my business account. She was super helpful and when she didn't have the answer she spoke to the manager who was also twice as helpful. Thank you both for your patience with my question.
