I had paint on my cashmere pants and shawl....so sad...
I asked them if they can clean that, they said they will try their best. Next day when I went to pick up the clothes, OMG!!!!
They did a fantastic job getting the stain out. I was ecstatic!!!!

Been coming to Debs for over a decade, the only place I trust with my clothes. When it comes to dry cleaning or any type of alteration, you can trust Debs cleaners. Kenny and all the girls there are always very kind and quick to get me in and out. Never had a damaged, burned or destroyed item of clothing returned to me in all these years. Poor customer service! When my family and I entered the store, person at counter saw us and just went to the back and left us standing there. No 'be right back', no communication, nothing. Just left us standing there. After a few minutes we just left!

This place went above and beyond helping us out. Needed an alteration on a sequin prom dress SAME DAY. The woman (forgot her name) was so nice and helpful…did a FANTASTIC job- couldn’t tell that she even altered it. Got the dress a few hours later. Really surprised me how great of a job she did in such a short amount of time!

I've been going to Debs since it opened in Jericho. I appreciate their attention to detail when pressing the garments. My clothes, especially dresses and jackets, are crisp with no unwanted folds. The clothes never have a chemical smell or feel. I would highly recommend Debs Cleaners.

Unfortunately i cannot recommend these cleaners. They lost a very expensive scarf...and two blouses..at different times over a period of 2 months and compensated me for only one blouse. The place is very clean but not a lot of workers and not many customers waiting for items.

I paid $30 to get a trench coat dry cleaned. It was a pale pink that had some makeup on it, and a bit of a smell(a friend borrowed it). I didn't want to ruin the color by washing it myself so I dropped it off here. I mean I should've just ruined it myself for free. The pink now looks like it was washed with denim and look at that. The makeups still here and so is the smell. Left them a message but not optimistic about them doing anything about it

Never get alterations done here! Way over priced mediocre work. The tailor was inappropriate, aggressive, judgemental and combative. Zero customer service, rude staff and the Owners Were even WORSE! The fitting room floor was dirty, there's no proper mirror to see the back of yourself. Very unorganized, each appointment I made in advance no one knew about it. They gave me a really hard time when I asked for a garment bag, after spending almost as much money for alterations as the garment cost itself! I was excited to have an organic cleaners nearby however from my horrible experience I would never give these terrible human beings another dime! The owners and staff need a major lesson in manners, respect, accountability and common decency. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat PAYING CUSTOMERS!

I've been going to Deb's Cleaners for over 10 years now. It's my go to spot for cleaning and alterations. I've made the mistake of bringing my clothes to a different seamstress (out of convenience, if I wasn't in the area), and have had to bring them to Debs afterwards to fix their mistakes. I always trust their work for alterations.

The staff is Very friendly. I don't go in often but they always seem to remember me. Organic dry cleaning was the big draw here. Have had some alterations here which came out great.
