Worst customer service. Purchased a Groupon and had the option to book an appointment. Came to the location (45 min drive) and the lady says we need to call to book an appointment. When we said we booked online she said that’s not her problem. She had the worst attitude. I recommend not to come here.

This place is a total JOKE! I called to make an appointment had a group on a Friday she tells me that they don't do it on weekends. Uuumm yea sorry but Friday is a week day look it up! And the groupon definitely doesn't say anything about no weekends so I definitely won't even bother coming here

This salon is AMAZING! They did such an amazing job. Great atmosphere! They were so accommodating and kind as well. Definitely visit this place, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again!

Warning do not buy a Groupon for Leisy Nailsalon Spa in Jericho I bought one back in October to get my nails done for my nephews wedding When I bought the Groupon it wanted me to pick a day and time for an appointment, never had to do that before So I picked that Saturday at 8 AM as it showed it was available I went there for that day and time, they were not open, the sign on the door said they open at 9 AM So I went nearby to have a quick breakfast to kill the time I went back there at about 8:55, they were inside, I went in and told them I am there for a gel manicure and a pedicure And that I had a Groupon, they said to me they do not accept Groupon's on Saturdays I said then why did it allow me to make an appointment? They said they only except Groupon on Monday to Wednesday My Groupon is now showing redeemed How can that be if I did not use it? I think because of the appointment slot that was taken it assumes I used it, but I never swiped to view Groupon and I never hit redeem and neither did they I just contacted Groupon customer support and they said I am past the timeframe to get a refund or Groupon bucks credit So now I am out the money I actually went to read reviews after the fact and I see the same complaint on this merchant Lesson learned read reviews call the merchant before you buy a Groupon The Groupon chat I had with the customer service rep is going to forward the chat to a supervisor As they said she cannot give me a coupon box I am past the refund time frame Well I am looking for is the amount I paid in Groupon bucks so I could use it for something else so I am not out the money Meanwhile Groupon was paid for this and because it shows redeemed I'm assuming Groupon paid the merchant their portion Ugh

I recently got my nails done here the polish didn’t event last a week long. The polish chipped which is so strange and never happens to gel polish. I think the lady filed my nails to much with the drill which causes this to happen not really sure. I also got gel pedicure which was perfectly fine.

I got a gel manicure. I was told when I come back it would be 38.00. The technician gave me a card and wrote on it 38.00. When I went to pay she said that would be 48.00. When I showed her the card that clearly said 38.00 she changed the 3 to a 4 right in front of. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Just ok. I waited 30 before anyone showed up for my appt. I use a Groupon and just wanted my nails done. It was hot inside no air. I will not be returning.

Pedicure - subpar; barley scrubbed my feet, didn't clean under my toenails, didn't offer spa options, etc.Manicure - one of the worst gel tips I ever had; I was quiet disappointed since I was traveling (hard to tell from the photo).

Great! Fast service, sweet employees. AMAZING price. Found on a groupon, and have been loyally going back all year on my lunch break. Usually empty, so it's not noisy or chaotic. Nice switch from my office. Great gel manicures!
