Very unprofessional, rude, and lie about their own inventory. The salesman, Michael Herrera, to be specific. Then they get angry at you, the customer, because you call them out on their poor business ethics. There is a reason they have such a poor rating on Google. Stay away from this place.

I decided to weigh my options and consider more options before finalizing my Huracan evo purchase. I did some diligence and found the proper matching car suited for me at BMG. I proceeded to call the dealership and was greated by Michael Herrera, he was the worst sales persons I have ever encountered! His lack of effort was unprofessional. He never called me back with facts. He did not meet my expectations, he was rude and argumentative with no boundaries, aggressive. Told me to take my business somewhere else I was shocked and appalled. Specially since i was influenced and motivated to purchase one of their vehicles. definitely Considered his advice and took my business somewhere else I hope this review makes you think twice before giving your business to the wrong location you’re the consumer and you have options!

Wouldn’t let me and my cousin come past the Bentley desk... were young , all we wanted to do was just dream... just look at the cars for motivation sake but they said we couldn’t lol.. Ferrari of Long Island on the other hand welcomed me and had no issue. So when I’m able to buy one of these cars it will NOT be from bespoke.

Nothing but repeated problems from their service department which failed to fix the issue. Poor customer service when estimated repair completion times were repeatedly not met. Sales was fair but the service department was frustrating to deal with.

Dealer is a joke. They don't let photographers take any photos of the cars inside. Rude lady at Rolls Royce service desk. No wonder this dealer is empty compared to Ferrari of LI. Old man outside with a Bentley couldn't park the car nor drive.
