Shockingly bad customer service, my doctor moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy as it was a closer drive.As soon as I called I was interrogated and treated like a criminal, why in the world would you change your pharmacy? I was asked, when I explained it was something my doctor suggested I got put on hold.I suspect these other 5 star reviews are either from a time when there were different staff or they're fake. Stear clear from this pharmacy as you will likely be met with vile customer service.

Always quick to answer the phone, very helpful staff, when a script gets called in that needs to be ordered they call and let me know immediately before I drive down.

The Staff is great. Very kind & thoughtful. I personally love to use mom and pop stores/pharmacies etc... It is the most convenient. However you should have the ability to ask questions and not feel as though your annoying the pharmacist.

Used Jeff pharmacy since I was 8 years olds. Now I'm 30. After 22 years of no problems I had a medication shorted. Only 1 pill so I highly doubt it was nefarious, and I understand accidents happen but it was the treatment I got when I called them to report it. I was immediately lying m, although I recounted at least 10 times, and checked my area for a good half an hour and the pill was absolutely not given to me. It wasnt a narcotic so tjere was no readon to STEAL just one pill. But like i said the trestemt i GOT from the pharmacist is the reson for the bad reviret

I agree with the other review. I've always had very good experiences here, with prescriptions and whatnot. I am really glad to be able to go to a well-run, competent, local pharmacy where they know what they're doing. Their selection of merchandise is not huge, but somehow they usually manage to have what I'm looking for - (kind of the opposite of those huge stores where they have a zillion thing but not what you actually want...) Thumbs up.

What a wonderful place. We were away on vacation and needed a presciption that was left at home. Wendy made all the arrangements to transfer the prescription and called the insurance to get the coverage and all done in a couple of hours.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for scripts to be filled.
