This place has THE WORST customer service!! Staff is nasty... snatching your money from your hand, making faces like you are bothering them or not even looking up while they are on their cell phones, not saying thank you... I will never spend another cent there!! I dont understand how the owner thinks this is acceptable.

The "kids" who work there are surprisingly knowledgeable and always friendly. They didn't have a bottle of New Zealand white that my wife prefers and suggested a similar from the same region. She now has a new favorite white. They have a relatively good selection of less expensive wines and it looks like they have plenty of liquor. I have seen tastings there on a few occasions as well.

Beware the Pappy gougers! Contrary to the belief of the majority of liquor store owners around here, there are good, honest people with integrity, who sell Pappy Van Winkle bourbons at, or close to, the retail price. Or even with a reasonable mark-up above retail. Ginny's is not one of those stores. $800 for the 15-year. You'll never get another cent of my money.

I love Ginny's. The new owner is wonderful and she's very knowledgeable. She knows everyone's names and what they usually buy. A really great neighborhood feeling here. Large selection of prosecco and also lots of tiny liquor bottles. They will also gift wrap for free!

Not the largest selection but if you're in a pinch and need a bottle or 2 this shop will do. The young gentleman that I dealt with was very nice and friendly.

I dropped in on a lark on my way to the grocery store next door. They have a great bourbon selection - definitely the best I've seen near Route 6 out to Peekskill. Pricing was reasonable. I've been looking for a nice Italian Lambrusco (sparkling red wine) and they had a great bottle on the shelf. The woman I spoke with knew right where it was and how good it was. I've also been looking for Dolin vermouth in the area with no luck. So I asked, and they ordered (a case) for me. I've yet to get a price on the case, but I love the initiative and will definitely give them a good amount of my business.
