I can't say enough about the fine folks at Jamesville Hardware! I was doing some work on my 16 year-old self-propelled lawnmower. Because the mower is so old, I was having trouble locating a discontinued part that was needed to fix it. Roger helped me find a replacement part and even helped me disassemble the piece in his shop to allow the part fit on my current mower.Wishing I could give these folks 6 STARS. I will definitely return to Jamesville Hardware very soon! Great place. Better people!

I had a closing for My seller in jamesville on Friday and at the final walk through the buyers requested some repairs for the home. My seller had already relocated so I jumped into action. Jamesville hardware was near the house and this was my first visit. They had everything I needed to get the job done and the staff even helped walk me through what to do since I'm not the most handy diy person. Procopio Real Estate highly reccomends jamesville hardware and remember to always support your small local business owners in CNY.

I brought my working lawn mower in there to replace the cable got it back in a week and brought it home try to start it and it did not start call them up he told me to bring it back and I did he said that the carburetor was dirty and I must have used it because it was dirty and I never used it I didn't put gas in it he told me he wasn't going to fix it again and then I must have done something to it so basically he called me a liar and I will never take it back there again it cost me $165 to take it back there again and hopefully it's going to run better this time

Slow to look at our tiller brought to him in late March, had to call several times, then we were quoted a ridiculous $1000 repair price, whereon we said we'd come get our machine. Man rude to my sons who picked it up today. Awful experience and waste of our time and energy. Then brought it to Moyers in Deruyter for service.
