Prices are high - service is mediocre (some staff are awesome, some are awful - so the rating is an average of sorts). Shelves are reasonably well stocked and I was able to get most of what I wanted. Convenient location so I'll continue to use this store. Improvements are possible (eg - bring back the baskets that can be carried).

These folks were EXTREMELY friendly. I have been going here (when in town) since this was Quality Markets. Everyone was super friendly.

This is the weirdest Tops I have ever been in, it's really long and narrow so the aisles are stunted and there are a ton of them. For me this entire store was set up backwards, but if this were my regular Tops I'd get used to it. Much smaller than my regular store as well, so to me they were missing a lot of the things I take for granted. Super tiny parking lot which again is really long and narrow, I don't think I will be back unless need be.

I shop here only due to the cost of fuel. Tops is close and they are a grocery store.It is my personal feelings that are the prices are higher than other markets that carry the same items. They hid the prices through BOGO deals.The Associates are very friendly and are knowledgeable of the products that are sold there.

Tops is still the best!!! I don't live near one anymore, but I still go to the one on Foote Ave in Jamestown often! Staff polite and helpful, store is clean and well stocked.. ??
