Make sure you get registered with them - they track your purchases, but it saves you money.
Store is huge - aisles are reasonably spaced (for the most part) - no great deals, but they do have a good amount of merchandise.
This is being posted because of an off duty staff member who saw I was looking for something and she took her time to help me locate it. Well done! Friendliness goes a long way! Will shop there again.

The big Tops is my favorite grocery store in the city! This place is awesome, they have everything a regular Tops has and more, they even have space to devote to a particular ethnic group, such as an entire Puerto Rican section instead of just a part of an aisle. Knowing how to work the flyer, use coupons, and pouncing on the best deals help offset the additional cost of going here rather than say Walmart or ALDI. If you're like me and would rather be anywhere on Earth that isn't Walmart unless it's a crisis situation, you will appreciate the noticeable step-up that the Washington State Tops offers. Allegedly there's a Wegmans in this city but I haven't found it yet, once I do I will return to this review with my verdict on that vs this Tops!

Okay tops better than some I've been in the customers are a little better than others as wellIssue is the guy that stands up at self checkout he seems to be some kind of supervisor but he has some kind of a problem were he wants to be the center of attention I find it be annoying he's also flamboyant projecting a preference which I find to be unprofessional and bothersome. I don't understand why these stores have such a problem finding good self checkout employees

Tops prices products aimed at people using SNAP and don't mind paying 20 - 30% more for products. They blatantly hate their customers. Prices constantly outpacing inflation. Seeing what their vendors charge they certainly hate the people who shop there. Have you seen the bakery lately? They used to be a good value, now it's like 14 for a pie. Three years ago it was 7. They just really hate their customers.

It's pretty good except the one on Washington Street in Jamestown on one end of the aisle it has signs with things on it and on the other end of aisle it'll have other things on the signs so it's kind of confusing
