“This was the first time I ever used the garage and I was pleasantly impressed with the service, timeline of service and how kind the owners and staff were. I used to be a mechanic and liked that there service was up to the standard I held myself to when I was in the profession. I had some new tires put on and had a slow leak and called to resolve the issue and they got me in same day. It was a simple fix and charged me nothing as we bought the tires from them and had them install. Again, I appreciate them getting me the exact tires I wanted and provided a great service. Thanks to you Southern Auto Exchange! I will be back again in the future, ya know, for the things I don't want to do to my own vehicles. Lol”

“The staff was friendly, and accommodating. I know that there was a moderate leak in my rear passenger tire.Not sure if there was an actual hole that was plugged, but there was a piece of plastic debris that caused the issue.I'm assuming there was no plug or patch needed due to the fact that I wasn't even charged for their time. Great experience.”

“Went in for inspection. Needed back breaks. Took a while for parts, but not Monroe's fault! Staff was very friendly, informed me of all steps along the way. They stayed open late to finish my vehicle because I had no ride home and no other form of transportation. Also, could have taken advantage of me and charged full price but told me I had a lifetime warranty on something and saved me money! I have been going there for years and will continue to do so. Have recommended family and they each had a great experience also!”

“Got my car polymer paint sealed after asking about ceramic waxing. Robert the owner took the time to explain to me why he does polymer instead of ceramic. Its cheaper is the main reason. He allowed me to ask a few questions, and I realized that the work they were going to do to my car (you get a clay bar and then polished a few times before they apply the polymer) was exactly what i was looking for. Overall great customer service. Felix is the gentleman who did the work, and he did a fantastic job! He seems to take great pride in his work and is happily employed there. Shout out to him! They also went above and beyond and cleaned my windows inside and out. My windows have never looked so clean and clear. Skip zeibart who is out to rip people off with their $1600 ceramic, and go here, and get polymer for only $375.”
