“I contacted Monro in Lakewood NY desperately searching for someone to replace 4 tires and back brakes on my RV. While they don’t normally work on RVs, Ethan, the manager asked me to come in and he’d see if he could help me out. From the start, Ethan was great to work with. They didn’t have the tires locally and he arranged for my cousin to pick them up. Parts for the brakes had to be ordered so knowing how unsafe my vehicle was, Ethan offered to allow me to park my RV overnight instead of driving an hour each way to where I was staying. With some issues getting the parts, I stayed two nights there. Ethan and Clint, one of the technicians, were so nice and helpful. On the third day when the part still hadn’t come, he arranged to have the part purchased from a parts store and they stayed almost 3 hours past closing to perform the service and get me on the road. Their compassion and service went so far above expectations. I can’t thank them enough for how helpful they were. I observed their interaction with other customers and saw that this is just how they do business. With a customer first attitude! Price was reasonable as well and when I drove the RV to my next stop, I could tell the work was done right. Absolutely outstanding experience. Highly recommend!!”

“Amidst the heavy snowfall Jamestown experienced this December, careening into a curb was almost inevitable.
As the car wasn't drivable, AAA towed the car to not one, but three local garages with no availability. I truly had no preference aswe'd never had major work done on a vehicle in Jamestown.
I opted to call Barmore Sellstrom, rather than dragging AAA to another garage. Dalton answered, welcoming and friendly, telling us to bring it right over. Throughout the process of an insurance claim and needing two tires upgraded to handle the snow, Barmore was outstanding. They answered what must have seemed like endless questions from us as first time claimants, picked out a great set of tires at an unbeatable price and kept us informed at every turn.
Although relieved to have our vehicle back, we were apprehensive about it's condition. The steering & suspension had been destroyed and a new wheel bearing, strut, knuckle and axle were amongst the parts replaced on an already old vehicle.
The car drives as if it were new. The tires handle unbelievably well in the snow and I don't think the alignment has EVER been as straight as it is following it's visit to Barmore.
