This is a scam, the building must be for show. I am new in town and need a place to store belongings near the north side of town.this is a web based rental with no local office.The contact is one direction only with no contact back.Due to a number mistake the first transaction was declined, but then was accepted the second try, but not matched with the rental unit. that is $122, with no way to recover.The site says you will receive a confiemation email with an access code to get into the building with the units.No email and no access code.Afterreviewing the reciept, I see the mistake and try again with another card,, another $122 with a rental unit attached.after a few voice mail messages, and a few contact us messages with email and phone number, I still am out double the price with no way to use the rental unit or to recover my any funds. Clever business scam. Welcome to town.Lessons learned, don't do business if you cannot meet in person to complete the transaction.My only hope now is to report to the BBB, if they will listen.Sambanditjr.
