THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady I talked to had the worst attitude. She was snotty, starky, short and just plain RUDE. It wasn’t just a “bad day” I called a few different times and she was always a B.

I had been a good customer of theirs for like 2 years, and someone who had been there only a few months accused my unit of having roaches. Not only did they exterminate my unit for free, but they defended me from the accusations.
