Just trying to return unwanted equipment. I've been waiting 40 minutes so far. This is ridiculous. Elderly people leaning and falling asleep waiting on customer service. Terrible.

Gave my Dad my equipment to return to the store. He waited 2.5 hours just for them to take 3 mins to return it...They said they had to go in order. They really need to have a different process for people to return. Absolutely ridiculous

I just wanted to cancel my service cus I'm moving and was siting for what felt like forever. My name was on the Q and then this lady came in after I was siting here for 30min and the service person helped her right away. So she let someone jump the line when there were people waiting. You can see in the pictures how many people were here waiting and only 2 people working. I would either order stuff online and get it shipped to your house or get your own router and modem. Service is great but customer service sucks.

DO NOT use this location. Had to wait over an hour, then we requested extended insurance on 2 phones, plus out of country texting. Lady claims was all taken care of. Fast forward, corner of my screen is black. Go back to store, wait another hour to find out they didn't put the insurance on the phone. Now i'm screwed. That's how they get you, lie to your face. Not even an apology. Can't trust what they say. 2 employees on, with 8 people waiting in que. Pathetic.

I waited 40 minutes for someone to help me activate my phone. When I complained about it, their response was that they are busy. There are not that many customers trying to get Spectrum Mobile. So, that tells me there are that many complaints about their service.

Went to use the restroom with my 4 month old and the lady up front was nasty, snarky and rude. When we went to leave she asked me if I changed my baby and I said yes and she told me I HAD to take the diaper with me. I told her I already threw it away and she said she didn't care and I had to go through the trash and take it with me. I told her I'm not young through the trash ans she started yelling at me about how ungrateful I was and she didn't have to let me use the restroom. She proceeded to yell and belittle me until I went to get it. As a customer who was coming in to talk and get service I would NEVER get service here. Rude and unprofessional

went down for a new cable box, didn't even have one. price goes up service and quality goes down, more and more outages on a major road. daughter works from home so that is not acceptable. time for a change. guy i talked to could have cared less

I gave them 3 stars because their internet is top tier. I took 2 stars for inflation of price after 1 year period. We paid 100 religious every month for 5 years . Loyal customers should not have a bill that increases almost every year with equipment. You always pay a fee forever. Let's say there is room for improvement on consumer relations side have a loyalty program with insensitive.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. After sitting in the lobby for two hours to simply pick up a modem, Lisa Anderson, one of their employees, shook her head at me and told me there’s nothing they could do for me and I’d have to go to their Erie office. Out of the four employees who were working at the time, not one of them spoke to me or asked what I was there for after sitting around for 2 hours. I will never go back to this office and don’t recommend anyone go here for anything dealing with their internet or other service. Boy has customer service changed over the past years. What a disappointment. Go somewhere else.
