Upon arrival I was asked if I would stay or come back later. I replied stay. Almost two hours later my oil change and tire rotation was complete. I was told they were short staffed. Why didn't they tell me that in the beginning! I would have called for a ride home. Upon paying my bill I noticed after I handed over my credit card that there would be an additional 3% charge effective last June. I was never notified...I could have paid cash, check or debit card. I was also informed that my warranty would no longer cover the oil change. I wonder when that ran out. Words to the wise: ask questions and do a lot of homework before going.

I highly recommend asking for Larry if you are looking for a new Subaru. He was kind, not pushy at all & extremely helpful. Larry made buying our new Subaru Ascent a seamless experience! They are very open to working with your needs & strive to get you into the car you love. Aside from picking out a car, most of our work was done via phone & it was a breeze to finalize our purchase when we picked the car up.

Always a pleasant experience. Great service and clean waiting areas if needed with refreshments and drinks. Also, service done or needed is explained well for understanding. Easy also to get timely appointments based on your schedule with shuttle service if needed.

Shults came to my rescue as I arrived in town for an overnite visit to Jamestown and my rear wheel bearing went bad. They assessed the problem and had it fixed in a couple of hours. What a relief as I had a 6 hour ride home that day. Great work & support. Thank you

Brennan in Sales and Austin in finance were both professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during our purchase of a Subaru Forester Sport.From the moment we stepped on the lot, Brennan made us feel comfortable without pressure and he answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. We made a same day purchase because of Brennan.Our experience with Austin in finance went smoothly and he too was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel welcome. We took an hour's drive to Shults Subaru in NY since we were treated so poorly by our local Erie based Subaru dealer! We are VERY HAPPY that we drove that hour to Shults Subaru!At Shults in NYS, our salesman, Brennan, was personable, patient, polite and kind to us. He always answered ALL of our questions! He got us a fair deal on our trade-in as well.He had to order the our Impreza with our specific requirements and he was honest saying it could take some time. However, it only took 7 1/2 weeks. We were thrilled!When we went to pick up our car, Brennan kindly and patiently took the time to go over every thing we needed to know before the drive home.And, everyone else we dealt with that day at Shults Subaru was just as nice and accomodating to us as Brennan was! I can only say that the employees at Shults DO CARE about their customers! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHULTS for your next car purchase!!! (Ohh yes! We love our new Impreza as well!)

Always a great experience. The staff are attentive, helpful and pleasant.and the work is always well done. n the down side:the on-line scheduling is unreliable and I’ve given up using it. I reach out and call a person to schedule.

Sales team was polite and helpful. I came pre-approved and I was not pushed to finance through them. After test driving a vehicle it took a few days for me to figure out my trade in and they were very patient through that. Then the rest was 95% handled through texting, which made the process less stressing for me. My only complaint would be I was ready to purchase on a Monday and I didn't get the vehicle until Friday. It was a vehicle directly off the truck and the person I was working with had a day off during that time, so that was part of what I thought slowed the process down, but everything else was great.

Joel and Austin are amazing, they made buying my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek so easy. I called Joel when I found my car on the dealership website he checked and let me know it wasn’t spoken for had me come up the next day to put a deposit to make it mine, he ran numbers for me so I knew approximately what my payments would be. I called he a few times with questions he had the answers quickly. I’d recommend Joel to anyone I know who’s looking for a car, he’s top notch. Austin I would recommend also he made the whole finance part so easy and quick. His knowledge on finance is truly amazing for such a young man. I brag up Shults Subaru and Nissan in Jamestown to everyone I tak to. To Notch business.

I was pleased with the service as usual however I was surprised to see a surcharge of 3% for using a credit card - which I have always used and never had this charge added on. I’m disappointed in Schults for adding on a new charge that does not seem necessary based on other companies that do not tack on another charge for payment of service. Shame on you Shults!
