I have been renting a space there for a little over six years…I cannot be any happier w/Riverwalk…When I finally emptied the space, my stuff was clean and protected, and getting in and out of the facility was easy…
Cannot recommend them more highly…

Riverwalk storage is an outstanding facility for your storage needs. An easily accessible location that offers a couple different ways to access your storage unit even in inclimate weather. Offers a clean environment and has different moving devices for your convenience. Customer service is 5 star!

This place is very secure, and being that it's indoors, you won't have spiders and stink bugs move into your boxes while they're in storage. An added plus, is that there is a garage door available, and you can actually drive in to unload your stuff. This was great to have on a rainy day when we were moving things out.

Excellent storage facility and customer service. There were no climate controlled storage facilities near me, but I do not regret using this facility 30 minutes away from home. I kept my items here for a year and a half with no issues. They were in the same shape when I pick them up as the day that I dropped them off. The manager was very accommodating, the price was reasonable and the facility is very safe and secure, and spotless clean at all times! Online automatic payments and the abili to manage my account remotely was very convenient. They have a bay door for loading and unloading, and many carts available to use to transport your items so you do not have to carry them. I definitely recommend Riverwalk storage and will use them again in the future if needed.

I highly recommend this facility! I recently closed my unit after renting for 3 years. I live in another state and the owners, Jim and his wife have always accommodated me with any help I’ve needed quickly and efficiently. Very clean and safe environment to store your belongings!

Outstanding. The facility (which evokes childhood memories of roller skating at Evan's) is fantastic...clean, secure, temperature and humidity controlled, easy to access. I have two units with all kinds of stuff in them that I wouldn't want in cold storage but simply don't have space for right now. And I didn't have to sort what could go where because everything is safe and sound at Riverwalk. In addition to a great facility, there are carts and dollies on site to hope you get loaded and unloaded quickly and easily. I'd also add that the customer service is excellent. Call or email, Jim is really responsive and helpful, whether a question about the facility or billing. I'm so glad this place exists. It meets and exceeds all my expectations and needs for storage.
