Have used liberty the last 3 years. So glad to have done so. They always find the best way to claim so I get the most. Friendly staff, always take the time to answer any questions I may have to the best if their ability.

Liberty tax is always so helpful, and quick too get you in. Jonathan is great at liberty tax I’ve been seeing him for years definitely recommend he makes it all quick and easy!

I am so disappointed in your company... Went in to get my taxes done.. Only 1 worker she had NO IDEA WHAT she was doing the client was showing her how to work the computer... I waited 3.5 hours and she was still with the other client. The client told me the lady had no idea how to work the software.. When I walked up to the front desk I seen all of my personal info and kids info was still sitting on a clip board at the reception area in plain open view for anyone to see i left and file at hr block!!!! 2 Doors Down!! I would never recommend!!! Ever

My daughter had Liberty Tax in Jamestown prepare her taxes. They charged her $39.95 handling fee and then $239.00 tax preparer fee. The entire refund was only $454 so that meant after your charges she got a refund of $175.05. You should be ashamed to do this to hard working poor people.
