Wi-Fi doesn’t work 90% of the time just trying to watch a movie that’s 2 hours long and the Wi-Fi has gone out 3 times within the first hour of the movie. My speeds were quicker with spectrum should’ve stayed with them.

Stood me up for a confirmed appointment on Monday, rescheduled for today, and stood me up again. Now scheduled for Friday, but who knows. Wasted over an hour on the phone with them this morning. They get nothing right the first time, and often not the second or third time either - even the simple stuff goes wrong.

Poor service, do not keep scheduled appointments for isp issues. Extremely slow and outdated equipment. Switching to Spectrum, had enough lies and empty promises from Kinetic/ Windstream.
