Brought in a large picture frame and they cut the glass and installed it, wrapping it up safely for me to take home and add the art. Good pricing which matched their estimate, friendly and good communication. Thank you!

Initial work was completed promptly by field crew. Follow-up was needed to fix a leaking shower door. Service manager said he would handle it. I called three consecutive weeks only to be told he’ll call me when he’s available. I haven’t received a call after waiting three months. I’ve moved on to another company.Reply to owner's response:Yes, this was another company's install, but you accepted the job. The last thing you told me was you would you would call me to follow up on the leak. You never called me. This is poor customer service. Your response shows you can't admit when you are wrong. I just want future customers to know what kind of character you have.

We don't recommend doing any business with Jamestown Glass. We have been waiting 3-4 weeks for a quote and have not received a call, we ourselves have called numerous times and have had no call backs! Also spoke with Ryan today and he was nasty as we have an estate that closes tomorrow Friday and need a quote so we could cut a check and he said they were getting to it, and I said I need a quote by tomorrow and he just rambles on that it would be a $1000 and I said that instead the way you do business. And he said the house is condemned and we don't want your business! our guys said the house smells and is a mess. Mind you the house was just cleaned and sanitized prior to them coming in. Amd we just got rid of some unruly customers! PLEASE for the love of God don't do work with Jamestown Glass service nasty nasty attitude 0 stars!

Called and told man that I needed glass for a DOOR. Picked up the glass, it was too small. I called to see if they could recut it. No response. Went to D&S Glass and they said it is ILLEGAL to sell 1/8" annealed glass for a DOOR. Never have gotten a hold of this guy or had a response. Terrible Customer Service and Unethical practices selling the wrong glass that could be potentially very dangerous for me and my family.

Called to order glass for a DOOR. Was sold annealed glass - illegal in the state of NY to sell this type of glass for a door. It was too small and I called to have it recut. Never got a response after 2 messages. Later found out about the unethical glass sold to me. Disappointed. Shame on you. It was not about the cost, it was about DOOR safety.

Wonderful. Dropped off a broken window frame at 815 am had it back by 400 pm. Everyone was so pleasant and kind. The young lady on the phone was so nice. Thanks everyone.
