Had an issue with 2017 Colorado while on our Fall Trip. Pulled into their service center got with Will one of the Service advisors. He was able to work us in and get the problem resolved. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

Alot of miscommunication and delay in follow up. Actually disappointed as I thought by going to a certified mechanic for my vehicle I would get top notch service, however I was not impressed.

On time, no wait service. Technician was friendly and professional. I can't comment about the pricing because the work that they had was included in my warranty. The routine work that I had done is automatically kept track of under the Car Fax application.

I bought a Jeep Rubicon from Ed Shults a few weeks ago and I bought it based on pictures and info relayed to me from the sales rep , since I am in North Carolina. Thr jeep was as advertised and The Team at Ed Shults even drove down the vehicle for me to my house . We handled the paperwork over the internet and I am happy with the Jeep and would buy again ! thanks Jim C Charlotte NC

Be waened! We all know that dealerships are more expensive for service but sometimes desperation takes hold...and you pay for it in more ways than money. I've had a lean engine code off and on for months and when it came time to fix it, Shults was my only option. Sat there for 2 hours before I got told anything. An hour later, I got my car back and was told they had a part on order to add later. Went back in to add the part....AND to fiv the same engine code they "fixed" before. Sat there for 2 1/2 hours before anyone told me anything...they found the issue causing the engine code BUT the part they ordered a few weeks ago was the wrong part. The only positive was that they gave me a loaner til they fixed my car because it was their fault they couldn't fix my car yet.

Professional, great work had oil change, tires rotated. Waiting room has couches, tv, coffee, soda, kids area, table and chairs. Took 30 min: in and out. I bought my car here which means no charge! Highly recommend. Locally owned and operated. Great staff!
