DoubleTree by Hilton Jamestown is a great and well-located hotel, close to the National Comedy Center, the Lucille Ball museum, and various bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. The view overlooking the city can be magical. Staff are generally friendly, helpful, gracious, professional, and responsive, often making guests feel treated as a VIP. Rooms are typically clean, well-kept, perfect, and spacious enough, with comfortable beds. The coffee room provides many options. However, some guests found pillows uncomfortable and noted a lack of accessible outlets in double rooms. Parking is easy and free, with a flat lot and a free parking garage next door, though the lot can have limited spaces. The hotel met the needs of most stays, but some guests were disappointed that the bar sometimes closed earlier than stated. The breakfast buffet offers freshly made omelets and okay food, but is considered quite expensive. Overall, it is an affordable place with no major downside, making it the best place to stay in town.
Visited the weekend after Christmas and the view overlooking the city was magical! The front desk folks were kind and caring, the room was PERFECT, and the coffee room has more options than you could imagine! Thank you!

Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, responsive to guests. They have been very accommodating and the rooms and facility are clean and well kept. They are hosting us and several other teams for the Babe Ruth World Series and it’s made the experience much better staying here.
