Went there to mail a FedEx return. Friendly, helpful staff but waiting for other customers buying groceries was something I could have done without because there was prolonged delays in what amounted to a convenience store checkout line. Which was not the environment I have confidence in for returning damaged items to manufacturer.

While in checkout line a customer asked disinterested employees where an item was to which she got no reply 3 times then proceeded to get berated by the employees and a customer for stating that they should know where their products are and be more helpful.. It was ridiculous on the store staffs behalf... I was embarrassed for them...
