If you don’t care about your quality sleep this is the place for you. You can hear your neighbor snoring in the adjacent apartment. If you not lucky to get a unit on the second floor you will hear every foot step. This place was put up in a flash. The build quality is horrible. You can hear people talking through the walls. I wouldn’t recommend this on my worst enemy. Also the community areas are disgusting.

This place is not taken care of at all. I don’t think any of the hallways have ever been cleaned. The potholes don’t get taken care of. The apartment was dirty when I moved in even though I was told it was cleaned before. There is a ton of clutter kept in the hallway stairway. The paint job that is done is a half add job where they don’t touch the trim and you can tell they just painted part and left it. There’s a lot better places that are taken care of for less money. Don’t waste your time.

This place is a joke. The tenants are constantly slamming their doors and it's not just once, it's an all day continuation. There's not courtesy for others here. It pretty much starts early in the morning and will last until the evening so hopefully you're never home. The place is nice for what's around here but that's about it. Look for something better and probably cheaper too.

The owner has let this place turn into a dump. Smokers, barking dogs, not clean, not enough parking, potholes.

Very nice place, feels safe, well maintained, friendly tenants. Been living here for over 3 years. Has been a pleasant place to live.
