Love this place I just moved here from the city and they were able to hook me up with all kinds of deal and stuff I needed! Def rent from here they make it so easy to understand and to pay your bill and they’re understanding if you need help cause sometimes things happen! If I could give this place ten stars I would! Other places tried to rob me of my money or sell me cheap stuff not aroma these guys were able to get me everything I need and for a really good quality too!

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this company. Anytime I need something they have it or get it asap. They deliver it fast and efficiently. They make sure you're taken care of. And I've never had a bad experience with anyone I've talk to there. Friendly fun people.

The manager ran a card from a person that isn't a customer anymore. I know that is not possible .. I have been paying faithfully till this month and they couldn't run my card cuz I lost it and got another card I will not allow this place to run my card without permission ..

Awful store. Awful reputation around town. The manager is a hateful little goblin who has shown clear examples of prejudice. Do not go here. Go - literally - anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. After doing business for 3 years with this place, I would NEVER recommend it. Recently leased some merchandise and ran into medical issues, nothing was covered by the "insurance" they offer, because they never put it on my account. The manager is rude and unprofessional, we have her on video (at our home) refusing a payment, and talking bad about us. Essentially, everything went back, we lost HUNDREDS of dollars because the company didn't do paperwork correctly. We took our business elsewhere, and regret not doing it sooner. They do everything they can to rip you off (which just start in the past couple months). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTSUpdate 9/29: Corporate responded and said to call them. I did and received an answering service. Still haven't received a callback. So from store to corporate office, this place is trash!!!! They clearly don't care about customers or resolving the horrible way this company runs

Staff do not honor promotions, and give false offers. The new staff seem unknowing how to honor online offers and lack communication with one another. I had a promotion of 100 of first month was not honored I was told I had to pay 2 weeks to get 2 weeks free again was not honored. My dryer broke down I went there for a replacement I was informed that they would match my previous dryer with a new one, while it was in stock that’s not what I was given, I was informed it may even be cheaper than advertised it again was not. Management and staff need better training.

Male driver in your arona company van sitting at a stop sign on 7th St at 5:01pm Friday today turned on main St Jamestown raging really bad saying I'll run them over get the the f word out of here wasn't talking to me possibly cars on main but they had the right of way so not sure why the anger but that's very unprofessional and it's all on our home camera he was yelling pretty loud. Hope he calms down while behind the wheel as that's very dangerous!
