Let me just start by saying that I never ever leave reviews on anything! If I could give -1,000 stars I would. So I took my galaxy s23 ultra here for a screen replacement that was $400! After getting it back I noticed that the back glass was coming up so I took it back, and they supposedly fixed it. Well a couple of days later it happened again. This time I took my phone to asurion in dunkirk. When they took my back glass off they immediately found missing screws for my wifi antenna, which the reason the screws are missing there's no bracket that's supposed to be there, and also the battery was loose. Save yourself the headache and your device and go anywhere else but here!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Boost Mobile for several years now, but I have reached a point where I can no longer tolerate the poor quality of service that I have been receiving.I have repeatedly paid for unlimited calling and data, but I have not been able to use those features due to persistent issues with your network. Despite reaching out to your customer support team numerous times, the issue remains unresolved, and I continue to be charged for services that I am not able to use.I am tired of being taken advantage of and feel that your company is not providing me with the service that I am paying for. As a result, I have made the decision to discontinue my services with Boost Mobile.I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your services. Your customers deserve to receive the service that they are paying for, and it is not acceptable to take advantage of their loyalty.Sincerely,Devin Radford

So far, service is going well, I’m a new customer for 1 week now. Cost is great. A few people I’ve talked with, including me, do not appreciate being scammed on the spin game that claims to give points to reduce your monthly bill. We’ve played it and it erases at any time ?

My sales man was extremely nice and helpful and patient with me looking for a new phone. I only gave 4 outta 5 just because my phone cases only had ones that were for men I guess. No girly ones that I like was available at the time they did get my number and said they would call me as soon as their truck came in. That was so nice.im waiting now to go see the new cases they get. Very professional and nice and clean place
