Autozone is okay in a pinch but my choice is 1. Napa, 2. Advance 3. Autozone. Try to buy OEM if possible - great deals online at RockAuto. Since advance bought carquest they have better products. Buy online with a discount and pick up in the store. Napa Also now is doing up to 20% off to buy online. Advance has some sketchy duralast parts but at least they save your info for warranty.

Normally I have good luck, HOWEVER, after I looked up the lamps I needed for low beams, I checked to make sure (at the desk) that I had chosen correctly. Drove 22 miles and spent $60+ bucks. When I went to put them in, they were the incorrect lamps. Inconvenient. And mildly annoying. Have to drive all the way back. Ugh.

0 stars if i could. My sister called asking for a part because another local location said this one had it. That being said, a woman answered the phone in an orderly fashion, and once my sister had asked for said part, she continued to say that the part is not in her system, so my sister hung up to go online. Once she did, the site had said the part was available, with one in stock. So my sister had called again and specifically said which part it was by name and code, and then was when she realized the part was there with more rude tone. They had went to the store *they being my sister, her bf, and my bf* and upon arrival being 10 minutes later and they asked her for the part and she got the part that was in the back, yet made them find the rest of what was needed for the part. My boyfriend needed a windshield wiper, just one, and she had made him go find it himself rather than being courteous to help the customer, and also did not offer any help, as they are advertised to do so, even though he didn't need help, she still had no condolences for the three of them. She was rude to each of them. This woman had red frizzy hair and freckles, and by far the worst attitude. Zero stars

I went to buy windshield wipers. They always have the best wiper blades. I brought Bosch winter blades & the blades will last about 3 years. They were very helpful and pleasant. She also put the wipers' blades on my vehicle.

Poorly staffed Only 3 customers but waited 10 minutes in line to checkout. Poor selection of car care items with no refills for Armorall. Prices are much higher than Walmart and Target

Craig was amazing, kind and helpful. My key fob battery was dying and instead of just letting me figure it out - he looked up the car and changed the battery for me without hesitation. ❤️

I like to use AutoZone because they have a customer appreciation card after you spend $20 five times they give you $20 credit. Parts under warranty it saves in the machine under your phone, I like that option
