Got knew wipers they gave them to me .it was raining so I waited to install. It had been a week . Gave me wrong ones.never opened and just wanted right ones .but they would not . So don’t loose receipt .I will go to different store. Store in fl would have never been treated like this .and can’t leave no stars.

New store manager in here recommended her boyfriend to work on my car but it was a mistake he took forever then had me come by a second time but his girlfriend the store manager didn't want him to come out he then stopped answering the phone a month later I see him at Walmart with his girlfriend the store manager and he gets boligerent with me starts cussing and the she makes a threat towards me they both seemed to be on drugs of some kind and she was still wearing her work shirt
Don't let her recommend a mechanic to you

Came in to return wiper blades that I had purchased. Turns out the blades at been purchased from Auto Zone. Simple, common mistake I'm sure. No biggy. The employee who "helped" me was so rude about the situation. Lighten up or find a new job. Also, store is in the worst part of town. Gross.

SO LET ME START WITH WOW HOW RIDICULOUS THIS AUTOZONE IS. FOR THE 2ND TIME ORDER WASNT EVEN ORDERED. IF YOU CALL ON THE WEEKEND AND ORDER SOMETHING YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PART. I OWN A AUTO REPAIR SHOP THIS WAS FOR A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT. I CALLED THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOST TO ARRIVE AT 5:30 11/14/2023 WAS ORDERED SATURDAY 11/11/2023 AND WAS TOLD IT WASNT EVEN ORDERED. THEY WONDER WHY I DONT GET MUCH FROM THEM. HMMMMM I WONDER WHY. OBVIOUSLY THE WEEKEND CREW IS NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT. THIS HAS HAPPEND ON 2 OCCASIONS.
