“Got 4 brand new all season but winter rated tires for my fiat 500L Easy for just $450 including all the labor. I was absolutely shocked by that, I expected to pay way more per tire like I have elsewhere in the past. The tires look great, rated for 70k miles, and the entire service took only 45 minutes. 10/10 reccomend!”

“Lobb's treated me very well when I called them about a transmission issue I was having in my Ford Escape. They even worked with me since I couldn't exactly drive my car at the time, they allowed me to roll it down Camp street to them, and they handled the rest. Ultimately, the repairs couldn't be done at their garage - but they only charged me for the transmission fluid they used to get my car moving (as far as it allowed them). Definitely give these guys a call!”

After my old mechanic stopped working on any difficult problems I ended up on a long search for someone to give me a verdict on my Ford Exploder(yes, it's technically Explorer... This was not a typo). Everyone I tried either wouldn't look at it at all or wouldn't go far enough to give me an idea what was wrong. I had a hunch but I'm not a mechanic and needed a final verdict on if it was worth repairing. Lis scheduled me and was very helpful with everything along the way. Mike was very honest and looked at the problem quickly. He made recommendations but my fears were true and he tried to fix it without requiring the major repairs. It did quiet down quite a bit after his work but we decided to sell it for parts. As it wasn't worth putting a new engine in the problem child.
The second problem child I brought them was a GMC Sierra and my loaner car from my parents while the Ford issues have been going on. Since they bought it there was an intermittent radiator leak that they just couldn't find the source. I looked multiple times but it was too far in the front for me to find the source and I wasn't about to shove my face under the truck with hot fluid pouring out to confirm where the leak was. It grew worse as I drove it and I only drove it to work and back, about 7 minutes each way. I had to always carry a water jug(which would not work during the winter) and checked the levels constantly. They quickly found a cracked radiator with a pressure test. Charged a very reasonable price(a bit under $750 after tax), given the work involved, and had it done that same day after receiving approval for the repair.
The current scheduled vehicle is our Honda CRV, and my favorite of our 4 wheeled vehicles that we've ever owned. This tank of a vehicle has handled a lot of abuse and is overall quite reliable. The car shifts funny occasionally when driven gently if the fluid needs flushed from the transmission. When we purchased it 4 years ago I noticed the problem during the test drive and did research to find that it was a common problem that basically maintenance avoids it being much of an issue. The dealer flushed it before we purchased it at my request but it's starting to happen again so it's time. They gave my husband a reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled it for service.”

“I contacted Monro in Lakewood NY desperately searching for someone to replace 4 tires and back brakes on my RV. While they don’t normally work on RVs, Ethan, the manager asked me to come in and he’d see if he could help me out. From the start, Ethan was great to work with. They didn’t have the tires locally and he arranged for my cousin to pick them up. Parts for the brakes had to be ordered so knowing how unsafe my vehicle was, Ethan offered to allow me to park my RV overnight instead of driving an hour each way to where I was staying. With some issues getting the parts, I stayed two nights there. Ethan and Clint, one of the technicians, were so nice and helpful. On the third day when the part still hadn’t come, he arranged to have the part purchased from a parts store and they stayed almost 3 hours past closing to perform the service and get me on the road. Their compassion and service went so far above expectations. I can’t thank them enough for how helpful they were. I observed their interaction with other customers and saw that this is just how they do business. With a customer first attitude! Price was reasonable as well and when I drove the RV to my next stop, I could tell the work was done right. Absolutely outstanding experience. Highly recommend!!”
