Service and prices are great. I have purchased multiple appliances from Acme. Only one fridge on the market fits in my kitchen and they found and installed it at a price comparable to the big box stores.

We just purchased a dishwasher from Acme. It came within a week and was installed today. The installers were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were quick and even let us take a moment to clean when the old unit was removed. We are thrilled with our experience with this company so far. Thank you, Acme!!!

Purchased what we expect to be the last appliances we will ever need for the rest of our lives from Acme. We wanted local and someone who would like to satisfy the customer. The refrigerator, gas stove with built-in overhead microwave, clothes washer and dryer all were removed and the new items were installed without an issue. The built-in dishwasher was more challenging. Acme worked with me, allowing us the ability to have a plumber come in and look for alternatives. In the end, our best result was to get a smaller dishwasher from Acme. Did I mention that they came back out and installed it for no charge. It's been a few weeks now and we are very pleased.

Prices are good. Bought $9,000 in kitchen and laundry appliances for a home we just purchased in Jamestown. NY. Moved here from South Carolina. I'm disabled and stopped by to schedule delivery and the guy there (must be the owner, Dan) told me they would deliver them but would leave them on the front porch. I thought he was joking but he was rude and serious. A brand new french door refrigerator, built in wall oven, cooktop and dishwasher on the.front porch?? My suggestion would be order from one of the big box stores as they deliver and install for free. Also he said he would deliver the oven yesterday. No show and no phone call. Very upsetting!!!

My dishwasher that I purchased at Acme was leaking on one side. I called & they sent serviceman, Joe, up right away. He said it was the gasket & that sounded reasonable. So I bought a new gasket & Joe put it on. I ran the dishwasher & when finished the dishes were covered with grit. So, I called Acme & it was in the midst of a storm but they basically hung up on me. Joe was home as weather too bad to come to work. I asked owner if they had dishwashers. He was rude & hung up on me. I have purchased water, dryer. Jenn air cooker & dishwasher from them & they couldn't be more helpful I.e. come in when weather is better we can help or yes we have dishwashers. Very poor attitude.

Great experience, replaced a cheap whirlpool that I had to fix every couple months with Speedqueen that has a proper agitator and runs like a Mercedes. Highly recommend ACME.

Several homeowners in my community recommended ACME. Most of the owners had purchased several appliances from ACME. I purchased a Whirlpool, side by side, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with water in the door. I purchased it on Monday. It was delivered and installed on Thursday Their staff were polite and competent. They removed my old refrigerator and hauled it away. I am delighted with my purchase and their service. I am returning to ACME on Tuesday for a new garbage disposal.

Don't go here reporting them to bbb. Same experience as someone's else had warranty run around bought fridge 6/06/2022 was delivered called about 3 weeks later with pool of water under the fridge etc.2 service calls still nothing done..and they refused to give me all my money back saying it's a used fridge now and I can only get partial store credit
